1、dbGaP数据库申请步骤说明dbGaP数据据简介】基因型和表型数据库(dbGaP,)是国立卫生研究院(NIH)赞助的用于归档、 精选和发布山调查基因型和表型间相互作用的研究所产生的信息的数据仓库。该数据库收录的资料来自III NIH资助的全基因组关联分析(genome-wide association study, GWAS)结果。dbGap是有NCBI开发并负责维护的数据库, 该数据库主要存放外显子测序和DNA测序数据，以研究表型和基因型之间的对 应关系为主要LI的。U liij dbGaP数据库收录的数据来自25个研究项LI,用户可 以通过疾病名称或基因名称进行搜索、浏览。为了保证研究项L

2、I的机密性， dbGaP数据库只接受“去识别(de-identified) ”的数据,同时还要求使用个 人资料(individual-level )的研究者接受审核。不过，用户可以不受任何限 制的浏览研究文件、操作流程和项LI问卷调查等资料。申请数据无需缴纳费用，只需申请账号，然后申请欲下载数据的下载权限, 下载相应数据，使用SRA toolkit对下载数据进行解压，并生成对应格式文件。dbGaP数据库是一个关于基因型和表型的individual-level data数据库。 dbGaP数据库的申请有两种方式，一是申请eRA commons账号，_.是NIH账号 (仅供美国"H内部人
