4、 is over forty years old. When I first came here, he found a desk for me in the office. And he teaches me many things. He tells me how to correct papers. When he is giving lessons in the classroom, I sit in the end of the classroom, listen to him and take notes. He is a very good teacher; he has man

5、y ideas at class. For example, he'.sometimes asks students to read important words or sentences to remember them. He often makes conversations with students in English to practice their spoken English. And he also asks students to work in groups. He asks students to help each other in study and

6、life. He is a responsible teacher. When students have some mistakes in their papers, he will tell them the right answers and explain. And when he is giving class, he dont always pay his attention on these active students, but he also asks students who are not so active to answer questions and he wil

7、l encourage them when they have some difficulties. I learn many things from him. He is really a good advisor.Finally, there are some interesting things happening between me and my students. I remember when I first came in their classroom some students looked at me curiously. When the class is over,

8、they might ask something about me. I spent most time with them. When I first gave them exercise classes, I felt a little nervous and the speed was a little fast. But after that time, I gradually perform better. When I was walking in their classroom, they often have many questions, I am very happy to
