2、 调试前必须具备的条件Co nditio ns of commissio ning4. 调试步骤Process of commissi oning5. 注意事项Precautio ns1. 编制目的 Compile Purpose为了指导和规范系统及设备的调试工作,检验系统的性能,发现并消除可 能存在的缺陷,检查热工联锁、保护和信号装置,确保其动作可靠。使系统及设 备能够安全正常投入运行,制定本方案。This commissi oning procedure is compiled to guide and sta ndardize the practice of testing and ad

3、justing to facilitate proofing of system performanee, finding and repairing of possible defects, thus ensuring that the equipment and system can be brought into operati on safely and smoothly.2. 调试范围 Scope of commissioning2.1协调控制系统是大型火力发电机组的主要控制系统,它将锅炉和汽轮发电机 作为一个整体考虑来进行控制,协调锅炉控制系统与汽轮机控制系统的工作,以消除锅炉和汽

4、轮机在动态特性方面的差异,使机组既能够适应电网负荷变化的需 要,又能够保证机组的安全稳定经济运行。机炉协调控制系统直接作用的控制对象是锅炉主控制系统和汽轮机主控制系统,然后再由这两个主控系统分别控制各自的子控制系统如锅炉燃烧控制子系统、锅炉给水控制子系统和汽轮机电液调节 子控制系统等。As a major control system of large thermal power generating unit, coordinated control system (CCS) treats the boiler and turbi ne-ge nerator as a whole, harm

5、 oni zes the effect of boiler and turbine control systems, and compensatesthe difference in boiler and turbi ne-ge nerator dyn amic characteristics, thereby meet ing cha nging dema nd of the Grid and also ensuring safe and economic operation of the unit. The CCS exerts in flue nce directly upon the

6、main con trol system of boiler and that of turb ine, the n these two systems exert in flue nce respectively on their own subsystems such as boiler combustion control, boiler feed water, turbine digital electro-hydraulic control (DEH).2.2印度BALCO扩建4 x300 MW燃煤电站工程协调系统有如下几种控制方式:BALCO EXPANSION PROJECT 4

7、 X 300 MW THERMAL POWER PLANT CCS has followi ng con trol modes:手动方式Manual mode机跟随控制方式(TF)Turbi ne follow con trol mode炉跟随控制方式(BF)Boiler follow con trol mode机炉协调控制方式Coord in ated boiler-turb ine con trol mode3. 调试前必须具备的条件Conditions of commissioning3.1该系统授电工作已经进行完毕并检验合格,软件恢复工作已经结束并检验合 格。CCS energizin

8、g and software recovery shall be finished, fulfilling the requirements.3.2该系统硬件检查和I/O通道精确度检查工作已经结束并检验合格。CCS hardware inspection shall be finished, and I/O channels accuracy shall be checked up to sta ndard.3.3主要热控设备、控制机柜、执行机构和变送器已安装就位。I&C devices, con trol cab in ets, actuators, and tran smitter

9、s shall be in stalled.4. 调试步骤 Process of commissioning4.1静态调试Static test4.1.1电缆接线检查In specti on of cable wiri ng检查协调控制机柜与其他控制系统之间的电缆接线是否正确。包括:与DEH控制系统之间的接线,与热工信号报警系统之间的接线。Check the cable betwee n CCS cab in ets and other con trol systems are wired correctly, including cables to DEH control system an

10、d to l&C alarming signal system.4.1.2信号传输试验Sig nal tran smissi on test检查输入、输出信号联络通道是否畅通无阻,各个联络信号在工程单位和量程上 是否一致和合理。Check the I/O channels work normal, with interchange signals consistent in unit and ran ge.4.1.3静态参数的整定Static parameters sett ing各个PID调节器参数可根据机组设计额定参数及燃料的发热量进行理论计算后 进行初步整定或按经验值进行初步整定

11、,作为机组首次投入协调控制系统的原始 动态参数。The parameters of each PID regulator can be set preliminarily from calculation based on the unit rated parameters and fuel heating value, or from operational experienee. These parameter values are used as the original dynamic parameters when the CCS initial is put into operat

12、ion for the first time.4.1.4检查各子控制系统按照机炉主控指令变化是否正确。Check that each subsystem changescorrectly, in accordanee with the main control order of turb ine and boiler.4.1.5检查各种协调控制方式的手动/自动切换是否平衡,无扰动。Check the Manu al/Auto cha nge-over on each coord in ated con trol mode is capable of bala ncing, without ca

13、us ing disturba nee.4.1.6检查各种协调控制方式之间的切换是否平衡,无扰动。Check the cha ngeover betwee n coord in ated con trol modes is capable of bala ncing, without caus ing disturba nee.4.1.7分别在各种协调控制方式下,检查调节器的作用方向是否正确,子控制系 统的动作方向是否正确,协调控制系统与子控制系统之间的信号传输是否正确。On each control mode, check the following items:All regulators

15、下子控制系统:锅炉燃料控制系统,锅炉送风控制系统,炉膛压力控制系统,主蒸汽温度控制系统,再热蒸汽温度控制系统,给水控制系统,除氧器水位控制系统等主要子控制 系统。Put in the follow ing subsystems:Boiler combusti on control systemBoiler draft flow con trol systemFurn ace pressure con trol systemMai n steam temperature con trol systemReheat steam temperature control systemBoiler fe

16、ed water con trol system Deaerator level con trol system.4.2.2首次投入协调控制系统应在机组负荷大于70%额定负荷时。The CCS may be put into operation for the first time only if the unit load is above 70% ratin g.4.2.3用锅炉主控进行 手动增加/手动减少燃料试验”。在运行人员的配合下,操 作锅炉主控制器,缓慢增加或减少锅炉主控的输出信号,观察给煤机的转速变化 情况、炉膛压力的变化情况、汽温和汽压的变化情况等来判定手动操作是否有效。Car

Together with the operator, manipulate the turbine main controller to increase/decreasethe output of the turbine main con troller slowly, and observe the cha nge in both the ope ning of the turb ine gover nor valves and the load of tur

20、b ine, to judge the effective ness of the manual operati on.4.2.5投入机跟随控制方式。Select to the turb ine follow (TF) con trol mode.4.2.6投入炉跟随控制方式。Select to boiler follow (BF) con trol mode.4.2.7投入协调控制方式。Select to coord in ated boiler-turb ine con trol mode.4.2.8负荷变动试验Load fluctuati ng test当机组协调控制投入且负荷在70%-

21、100%之间稳定运行一段时间后,进行负荷变 动试验,进一步检测协调控制的性能。After the coordinated boiler-turbine control is brought into service and the unit is carrying 70%-100% of its rated load for a certain period of time, carry out the load fluctuat ing test to further exam ine the performa nee of coord in ated con trol system.5.

22、注意事项Precautions5.1参加调试的所有工作人员应严格遵守现场有关安全规定,确保调试工作安全 可靠地进行。All pers onnel participati ng in commissi oning should strictly execute releva nt site-safety-rules to en sure the work can be done safely and reliably.5.2如在调试过程中可能或已经发生设备损坏、人身伤亡等情况,应立即停止调 试工作,并分析原因,提出解决措施。In case of any misfort une already o

23、r possiblehappened, such as equipment-damage or health-hazard, the commissioning work should be suspe nded. The soluti on must be issued after an alysis.5.3如在调试过程中发现异常情况,应及时调整,并立即汇报指挥人员。If any abnormality is discovered during commissioning, adjustment must be executed in time and report the in struc

24、tor as soon as possible.5.4调试全过程均应有各相关专业人员在岗,以确保设备运行的安全。Throughout commissi oning, tech ni cal pers onnel of the releva nt specialties shall be on duty in order to en sure safety of equipme nt operatio n.5.5参加协调控制系统投入的人员包括热控调试人员、热控设备厂家服务人员、 机炉调试人员以及机炉运行人员,参加人员需密切配合,明确自己的职责。The initial operation of CCS requi
