1、八年级下册 Unit5 What were you doing when the rainstormcame?Section A(1a-1c)教学设计1、位置和内容：本节课所上的是人教版英语八年级下册第五单元第 一课时。学会谈论过去正在发生的事情是本单元的语言目标。本节课主要学习在由when引导的时间状语的情况下的过去进行时。通过讨 论在暴风雨来临时人们在做什么，让学生学习一些暴风雨的基本情 况，让他们意识到当我们遇到自然灾害时要团结一致，齐心协力，一 同共度过难关。2、 教学重点：过去进行时态：“was were + doing”结构when引导的时间状语从句3、教学难点：掌握由when引导

2、的时间状语如何使用过去进行时。二学情分析我所任教的两个班级的学生在七年级下册就学过现在进行时，大部 分学生掌握如何使用现在进行时来描述日常活动，而且掌握了一些日 常活动的短语，这有利于他们学习过去进行时。但是还是有部分学生 对于现在进行时的构成法不是掌握的很清楚。少部分的学生学习积极性不够高，这需要在教学当中积极鼓励他们。三教学目标：1、知识目标：要求学生掌握使用过去进行时来询问或描述过去进行 的事情，并学会用when描述某动作或某事件的发生， 稍微了解when和while的区别。2、能力目标:1）学习并记住新单词：rai nstorm.短语：at the time of, on the st
