2、物保护法的相关法律知识。2.Skill aims(能力目标): (1)能听懂描述环境变化的对话,区别一般过去时和现在完成时的用法。(2)能理解和运用一般过去时和现在完成时来进行听、说、读、写活动。3.Emotional aims: (情感目标):通过学习了解“动物的生存现状”和环境污染带给动物的危害,让学生了解环境污染的严重性,并让学生树立良好的环保意识,自觉在日常生活中爱护环境,保护环境,珍爱野生动物。 The key points and difficult points(教学重难点):1. 20、国侵权责任法的有关规定承担侵权责任。第四十九条:禁止将不符合农用标准和环境保护标准的固体废物、废水施入农田。施用农药、化肥等农业投入品及进行灌溉,应当采取措施,防止重金属和其他有毒有害物质污染环境。中华人民共和国野生动物保护法第三十一条:非法捕杀国家重点保护野生动物的,依照刑法有关规定追究刑事责任。第八条: 国家保护野生动物及其生存环境,禁止任何单位和个人非法猎捕或者破坏。第九条: 国家对珍贵、濒危的野生动物实行重点保护。因此同学们要从小就树立良好的环保意识,共同保护我们赖以生存的地球家园。(法制知识渗透)Step 3: Lead the Ss to look at the pictures
