Process characteristics:工艺特点：Electrical hoist is a special set and during assembly, no damage of every part shall be followed; construction and acceptance shall be performed strictly according to equipment technical regulations and code GB50278-98 Code for construction and accepta

4、nce of crane installation engineering. 电动葫芦属于特种设备，其组装时应以不得损伤任何零部件为原则，并应严格按照设备技术文件规定及起重机设备安装工程施工及验收规范GB50278-98组织施工和验收。3. Construction preparation施工前准备3.1 After electrical hoist is delivered to jobsite, first check to see is there is any damage during transportation and if there is, it shall be repai

5、red immediately and then cane be used. 电动葫芦到达安装地点后,首先应先检查在运输途中有无损坏情况,若发现有损坏情况,应及时修复方可使用.3.2 Check technical documents for equipment to see if types and specs comply with design requirements and technical safety explanation shall be carried out according to construction plan.清点设备技术文件，核查设备型号是否符合设计要求，并

6、按施工方案进行安全技术交底。4. 7、收。4.2Open-box check and acceptance: check type, specs and quantity of parts and components of equipment according to packing list to se if they comply with design and technical documents requirements and bear with qualification certificates; there shall be no distortion, damage or rust, especially f

8、or wire no rust, damage, bend, twisting, cracks and breaking etc.设备开箱检查验收：按装箱清单检查设备零、部件材料及附件的型号、规格、数量，符合设计和设备技术文件的要求，且有出厂合格证，机电设备应未变形、损伤和锈蚀，尤其是钢丝绳不得有锈蚀、损伤、弯折、打环、结扣、裂嘴、松散和断丝现象。4.3Track acceptance: difference to practical central line of tracking against elevation position of installation datum line s

10、 of fasteners shall strictly comply with requirements of technical documents. 钢丝绳与吊钩的安装应按设备技术文件规定缠绕方法进行，其钢丝绳头与卷筒体及吊钩的固定方法，紧固件拧紧度均应严格按技术文件标准执行。4.5A whole stage inspection shall be performed after completion of installation as followings:在安装完毕后应进行一次全面检查,检查内容如下:4.5.1Electrical position can meet electri

12、heel and track.车轮与轨道接合是否可靠4.5.6When selecting power supply cables, make sure that power at inlet end of motor is no less than 90% of rated voltage.选择供电电缆时必须保证电机进线端电源不低于额定电压的90%5. Trial operation试运行：5.1Prior to trial operation of electrical hoist, following conditions must be reached:电动葫芦试运行前应确认下列准备工

13、作及条件已具备：5.1.1 All mechanical parts, equipments, circuits and devices have been installed and commissioned according to related requirements in code CB50278-98. 电动葫芦所有机械零部件、设备、电器线路及设备均已按设备技术文件及规范CB50278-98中第十一章第1-6相关标准的程序逐项进行安装调试完。5.1.2 Prior to trial operation, inspection and acceptance for trial op

14、eration shall be performed together with local government, owner and supervision company.电动葫芦试运前应按规定报请当地技术监督部门及业主方，监理方专业人员共同参加其试运检查验收工作全部过程。5.1.3During trial operation, each procedure shall be carefully and correctly followed. All trial operation results shall be signed by representatives of constru

15、ction, supervision and owner. 电动葫芦试运时，应按规定做好每道试运程序，并且准确，所有试运结果应有施工、监理、建设单位三方代表认可签字。5.1.4Prior to obtaining of certificate from local government for crane, it can not be handed to use.起重机未取得技术监督管理部门的使用证前，不得交付使用。5.2 Trial run without loading空负荷试运转：5.2.1Inspection prior to trial run:试运前的检查：5.2.1.1Safet

16、y link-lock device, arrester, lighting and signal system in electrical system are installed and complying with code requirements and shall keep flexible, correct and reliable when simulating. 电气系统中的安全联锁装置、制动器、照明和信号系统等安装完毕，且符合规范标准，其模拟试验时动作应灵敏、准确、可靠。5.2.1.2 Fixing of wire head, rolling canister and ho

17、ok and fixation of fasteners shall strictly comply with requirements of technical documents.钢丝绳端的固定及其在吊钩、滑轮组和卷筒上的缠绕应正确、可靠。5.2.1.3 Lubricant point, performance, types and quantity of lubricant shall comply with related regulations.各润滑点和减速器新加注的润滑油及润滑脂的性能、型号和数量应符合设备技术文件中的规定。5.2.1.4 For breaking wheel f

18、or various active devices, inspect its breaking space and working journey to see if complying with technical regulations; if not, adjustment shall be carried out; space shall be equal.盘动各运动机构的制动轮，检查其制动间隙及工作行程是否符合设备技术文件的规定值，否则应进行调整，其两制动瓦与制动轮之间间隙应均匀。5.2.2 Trial run:试运转：5.2.2.1Operation direction (cont

19、rolling device) shall coordinate with running direction of various units if electrical hoist.操纵机构的操作方向（控制器）应与电动葫芦的各机构运转方向相符。5.2.2.2 Start motor; its operation shall be in order; no track clip or block is allowed when operation; arrester shall be correct and reliable.启动电动机，其运转应正常，小车运行时，不应卡轨，制动器动作应准确、

20、可靠。5.2.2.3When hook reaches lowest position, wire winding on rolling canister shall be no less than 3 round (including).当吊钩下降到最低位置时，卷筒上钢丝绳的缠绕应不小于3圈（含因达到圈）。5.2.2.4 During trial operation, acting shall be no less than 5 times and shall be carried out correctly, or else next move can not be taken.试运转时，

21、动作次数应不应小于5次，且应动作准确无误，否则不得进行下项试运转。5.2.2.5 After qualifying of trial operation of electrical hoist device, submit to local government and then perform static loading and active loading trial operation; prior to trial operation, operation time and measuring method shall be planned and determined by , a

22、nd whole stage and final evaluation shall be under, local government, project supervision and owner.电动葫芦空负荷试运转合格后，应向当地技术监督机构提出申请，方可进行静负荷、动负荷试运转，且试运前应由技术监督、工程监理、业主等方面的专业人员共同拟定试运时间、测试方式。并参加试运行的全过程和试运行的最终评审工作。6. Safety measurements:安全措施：6.1Personnel on jobsite must wear protections such as helmet and safety shoes etc.进入现场人员必须系戴安全帽、安全鞋等必要的安保用品
