18、th, daysupervision ofproduction safetyandthe Olympic Games and other落实常规管理规范化深入推行班级管理精细化桃墟中学班级是学校最基本的教育教学单位,学校所有的工作都要在班级中落实,班级管理在学校教育教学工作中显得尤为重要。桃墟中学在班级管理中一直坚持规范化、精细化管理理念,探索科学、规范的工作流程。按照薛校长年初提出的“继续落实常规管理规范化,深入推行管理精细化,管理目标进一步细化,管理措施进一步完善,管理责任进一步落实,量化检查进一步强化。”的班级管理工作计划和要求,通过不断的探索和实践,已使广大教师形成了在细微之中做学问、

19、做事情的风格,逐步培养了学生良好的学习、行为习惯,为学生的未来发展打下了基础,从而提升了学校的教育教学水平和管理质量。一、建立健全班级管理制度,以德育教育为基础,狠抓班级管理德育是学校教育的灵魂,是学生健康成长和学校工作的保障,班主任是开展德育教育的核心,是实施德育工作的主力军,班级是实施德育的主战场。为此,学校每年挑选一批责任心强、有能力、素质高的教师担任班主任工作,组织开展了以下几个方面的工作:1 、完善班级管理制度在学校原有工作制度的基础上,我们根据学校发展计划,同时借鉴兄弟学校的先进管理经验,重新修订了桃墟中学班级量化达标细则、 班主任评价方案、 班级文化建设评价方案 、 控制辍学考评

20、办法等规章制度。现在学校的班级管理工作已基本做到了“有法可依,有章可循”。2、健全管理机构,抓执行,促整改学校成立了以政教主任、团委书记及各年级主任为成员的考评和检查小组,坚持“公平、公正、公开”原则,每日做到“五查” , 即查到校、查两操、查课间、查自习、查晚休。所查结果做到每天公布,每月汇总公布,并把每月考核结果纳入班级量化考评之中。学校特别重视考评结果的再整改,通过整改,班主任看到了不足,找到了与其他班级的差距,想法设法改进了,班级间的差距缩小了,学校班级管理工作上了一个台阶。3 、充分开展主题教育活动,促进班级德育教育每周召开班主任会,班主任每周认真组织一次主题鲜明的班会,每学期组织一

35、班会后,校园里追逐打闹、大声喧哗的现象没有了,见到老师主动问好的同学越来越多了一次次主题教育活动的开展,一次次开启了同学们心灵的大门。在开展活动中,注重实效,不搞形式。每次会议要依据存在的问题或者要求制定切实可行的主题计划和实施措施;注重痕迹管理,不搞口头形式。班级工作要有记录,总结和反思,强化经验推广。二、重视学生发展,培养学生良好的学习习惯良好的学习习惯是提高学业成绩的重要保证,也是一个人成才的重要因素,良好的习惯也往往会成就学生的一生。1 、制定健全制度,抓好学生课堂学习规范,提高课堂效率为了促进学生学习习惯的培养,促进学校教学发展,学校专门制定修改了桃墟中学教学奖励办法、 桃墟中学“三

36、六”和谐高效课堂构建实施办法 、 教师课堂教学行为规范十条 、 学生课堂学习规范十条等,突出了教学作为学校中心工作的地位。首先在课堂教学中,积极构建高效课堂,推行以学生为主体、以小组合作探究学习为主要形式的“自主互动学习型”课堂教学模式,努力做到:新知识放手让学生主动探索,课本放手让学生阅读,重点、难点和疑点放手让学生讨论,提出的问题放手让学生思考解答,结论放手让学生概况,规律放手让学生寻找,知识体系放手让学生构建。课堂上学生良好的学习方式,让学生真正成为学习的主宰者。2、抓好课间管理,培养学生自主、向上的学习习惯作为一所寄宿制半封闭管理的农村学校,管理好学生的课余时间,培养他们积极向上的学习

37、态度与习惯也是班级精细化管理的关键。为此,在学期初年级组要求各班级与任课教师分别制定了各班学情分析报告,认真分析每位学生的学习现状,存在的问题以及整改的措施与目标,并利用课余时间与学生座谈、指导,使学生明白自己存在的不好习惯,拾起信心加倍努力。班主任负责跟踪服务与阶段性评价总结。3 、表彰奖励,营造良好的学习氛围学校特别重视对优秀学生、优秀教师的奖励,每学期对一学期表现优秀的学生进行表彰,并颁发奖学金,同时学校借助学校宣传栏、校广播站等形式,对优秀学生进行宣传,以此树立良好风气,促进学风建设,激励学生进步。三、充分发挥学生自我管理效能,加强班级环境卫生管理,创建清洁美丽校园为了加强校园文明建设

52、体现公平、公正的原则,学校成立了以政教处主任、团委书记为考核负责人的考核小组,坚持每天不定时检查和抽查,并做好详细记录,每天将考核结果在学校公告栏公示,而考核结果也纳入班级量化之中,以及学校评选“劳卫标兵”的重要依据。 每天考核结果的出现总能吸引班主任与同学们的关注。通过一次次的关注与整改,我们的校园树更多了、草更绿了,地更净了、宿舍更整洁了。现在每一个桃中人都有一个共识:共同营造桃墟中学清洁美丽校园的学习环境,使清洁美丽的校园环境永远成为桃墟中学一道亮丽的风景线!四、发挥班级文化建设的作用,促进学生全面发展,突出办学特色班级的文化建设既是一种文化氛围的创建,又是对学生心灵的塑造。为此学校确定

53、了“树立优良班风, 展现班级风采”为主题的班级文化建设方案,及桃墟中学班级文化建设评价标准 , 各班在班主任的组织下,师生共同策划,一起动手,装扮自己的教室、宿舍,教室里“班级风采”、 “佳作欣赏”、 “班务公开” 、 “心愿树”等栏目,展示了班级师生的风采,彰显了同学们的个性。为了激励同学,促进班级文化建设,学校每学期组织校领导班子对各班班级文化建设进行考评打分,并公示考评结果,通过活动的开展,促进优良班风的形成,使班级精细化管理再上一个新台阶。五、重视“科研兴校”,确定班级精细化管理为学校“龙头”课题研究项目,推广实施研究成果学校重视“科研兴校”策略的实施, 为探索、 提升班级精细化管理的
