1、2018 级临床医学试点班专业培养方案级临床医学试点班专业培养方案一、详细说明一、详细说明1、培养目标、培养目标培养适应我国医药卫生事业发展需要，德、智、体、美全面发展。厚医学基础、强实践能力、高人文素质，具有初步临床能力、终身学习能力和良好职业素质，崇实创新、追求卓越的高素质应用型人才。并期待毕业生五年之后能达成下列目标:1、热爱祖国，热爱医学事业，遵守国家有关法律法规。弘扬人道主义的职业精神，恪守为人民健康服务的宗旨和救死扶伤的社会责任，坚持以病人为中心的服务理念，遵守医学伦理道德，尊重生命、平等仁爱、患者至上、真诚守信、精进审慎、廉洁公正。2、掌握本专业及相关专业的临床医学基础理论、基本

2、知识和基本技能，能够了解和运用循证医学的基本方法，具有疾病预防的观念和整体临床思维能力、解决临床实际问题的能力、自主学习和提升的能力。3、能够运用语言和非语言方式进行有效的信息交流，具备良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神，善于协调和利用卫生系统的资源，提供合理的健康指导和医疗保健服务。4、能够参与见习/实习医生和低年资住院医师的临床带教工作，具备基本的临床研究和论文撰写能力，能够阅读本专业外文文献资料。5、具有创新、创造、创业精神和能力的初级临床医生，为继续教育和在各类卫生保健系统执业奠定必要的基础。I.Training objectivesThis curriculum is designed
