On this drawing all main items are listed. Items referred to in this document is showed on this drawing.1.1 液压

3、系统 Hydraulic system 当过桥着陆在平台上时，液压系统将自动连接至“自由浮动状态”，当平台起伏摆动时，将引起液压马达或变幅油缸压力的升高，如有一端油压高于设定值时，回转和变幅的平衡阀将打开，形成液压马达或变幅油缸的自由状态，另一端则自动补充油液，以免真空。When the gangway landing cone has landed on the landing platform, the hydraulic system will automatically be coupled into “Free Flow”. The pressure of the hydraulic

4、 motor and luffing cylinder will increase when the platform is waving and rolling. When the oil pressure at one end is higher than a certain set pressure, The special valves for luffing and swing are opened. Then the hydraulic motor and luffing cylinder will be into “Free position”. The other end wi

5、ll filled the oil automatically to avoid vacuum.当过桥主动运动时，液压马达或变幅油缸在油泵供油下，随意变换方向运动。当过桥停止运动并未架设在平台上时，过桥的自身重量将由液压马达或变幅油缸的压力来平衡，平衡阀关闭，过桥可在任意位置停止。When the gangway moves freely by driven, the hydraulic motor and luffing cylinder are filled by oil pump. When the gangway stops movement and does not parking

6、in the platform, the self weight of gangway will be balanced by the pilot pressure of hydraulic motor and luffing cylinder. Close the special valve and the gangway can be stopped at any position.2.0 自由联接系统 Free Coupling System 当过桥自身重量靠液压缸支撑时，液压系统一直处于运转状态；如果过桥着陆在平台上或用其他方法支撑时，液压缸将释放工作压力。When the gangw

7、ay is not supported but hanging with help of the cylinders, the hydraulic system will always in operative serves. If the gangway has landed on the platform or is supported in other manners, the cylinders will release working pressure.注意：在其他位置布置过桥之前应将伸缩固定好（着落平台除外）。Please note! Do always secure the te

8、lescope before parking the gangway at the other places than landing platform.3.0 储能器系统 Accumulator System 过桥配备了一个安全的储能系统，共有16个储能器瓶，每个63升容量组成。另外，这个系统由专用的液压泵、压力继电器、溢流阀和转换机构组成；其中专用的液压泵、压力继电器能确保储能器自动补充高压油,以便应急使用。过桥的起升、伸缩和回转的操作与储能器相联接；一般情况下储能器有起到液压系统稳压和提高操作速度的作用；主电源失电报警时，可通过手动来应急操作。The gangway is equippe

9、d with a safety accumulator system. This comprises of 16 pieces of accumulator bottles, each 63 litres. In addition the system consists of special pumps, pressure relay. The special pumps, pressure relay can keep the accumulators charged automatically for emergency use. The accumulators are connecte

10、d to the gangway lifting, telescope and swing system. In normal operation, use the accumulator system to get a steady pressure and higher operation speed. In an emergency situation with electric power break down, the emergency operation can be performed manually 。3.1 储能器系统的能量释放 Electric Release of a

11、ccumulator system 如果过桥伸缩超过紧急起升限止区域时，储能器系统会自动起动并进入紧急起升程序。The accumulator system will be released and changed to emergency lifting procedure automatically if the bridge telescope movements exceed the limit for operation area of the gangway.3.2 安全保护：本安全保护系统带三个灯，分别显示“开”、“关”和“操作失败”Safety on-off-switch wi

12、th on, off and Failure operation lamps 过桥装置手动操作之前必须关闭紧急起升系统，否则手动操作系统将不能工作,此时如果触动手动操作手柄,该操作功能将自动被关闭,并且“操作失败”指示灯亮；本安全保护系统关闭的情况下，相对应的“关”指示灯常亮；本安全保护系统打开的情况下，“开”指示灯亮;必须注意当过桥装置操作完成后必须将安全保护系统处于打开的状态。The system must always be turned off before manual operation start; otherwise the manual operation cannot be

13、 done. If the operator tries to operate the control handles, the system will automatically be turned off and the Failure operation lamps will light. When the system closes, the off lamp lights. When the system opens, the on lamp will light. Note! The safety switch is turned to on position after the

14、gangway has been finished operation.4.0 报警系统 Alarm system 参照图纸和技术规格书要求,过桥装置配有以下报警器。Ref to the drawings and technical specification, the gangway is equipped with following alarms.4.1 在过桥上的报警器 Alarms on the gangway 过桥的报警采用红色闪光灯和电子号笛组成的声光报警；当过桥伸缩超过报警限制区域时，触动电磁限位开关发出报警信息。另外，在过桥的两边末端已安装了信号灯和号笛，其中绿灯示意允许通过

15、过桥，红灯不允许通过过桥。所有的报警应在控制面板上使用“试验”按钮进行报警试验，“复位”按钮是用来关掉报警的；系统配备了一个“手动起动报警”开关来手动打开声光报警器，在试验期间这个开关必须打开，当再次关掉该开关时，这个报警就会关闭。The alarm system on the gangway consists of red flash light and electronic sirens. The lights and sound signals are initiated by magnetic limit switches activated when the telescopic g

16、angway part exceed the alarm limit areas. In addition to the lights and sirens, traffic lights at both ends of the gangway have been installed. The green light shows that it is allowed to pass and the red light shows it is not allowed to pass.Using the alarm test button in the control panel may test

17、 all the alarms. A Reset button is used to turn off the alarm again. There is also a Manual start alarm switch to be able to turn on the flashlights and sirens. This switch is to be kept on during test and the alarms are turned off as soon as the switch is turned off.4.2在过桥控制室“控制面板”上有以下报警指示灯：The fol

21、交通灯-指示信号（红色）Traffic light (red)5.0正常工作区域/紧急起升限制 Normal working Area/Emergency lift off limit 主要操作区域：Main operating Area:a、正常操作区域 Normal working Area 36.5m+/-3.5mb、第1报警区域 1st alarm area 36.5m+/-3.54.5mc、第2报警区域 2nd alarm area 36.5m+/-4.55.5md、紧急起升限制区域 Emergency lift off limit 36.5m+/-5.5m测量基准：从底座中心到平台

22、中心。The measures are from centre pedestal to centre landing cone.6.0 绑索 Lashing of landing cone 当过桥着陆在平台上时,过桥应与平台捆绑在一起；在图号264.13HS01-08-00中所示。绑索由以下部件组成（该部件船厂自备）：2只钢索套环、2块固定眼板、钢索两端配有卸扣。When the gangway has landed on the lading platform, the gangway shall be lashed to the landing platform in according

23、to the drawing No. 264.13HS01-08-00.The lashing equipment shall consist of: (supplied by Shipyard)2 pieces of wire slings and 2 pieces of tightening block Both ends of the wires are equipped with shackles.6.1 绑索脱扣 Release of lashing 当过桥在应急情况下自动起升400mm时，绑索钩将自动脱钩，正常情况下，在过桥起升时手动操作脱钩。When the gangway is

24、 automatically lifted off 400mm in an emergency situation, the lashing hook is designed to automatically release the lashing wires.In normal operations, the wires are released manually before lifting the gangway.7.0 闭锁机构 Blocking mechanism 过桥悬挂在储藏位置时，系统已安装闭锁机构来阻止液压油环流，防止过桥自由伸缩；当获得操作压力后，过桥才能够移动、伸缩。需注

25、意：闭锁机构的调节器不能在车间制作安装，必须由我们的服务工程师在船上现场安装。A blocking mechanism is installed to block the hydraulic circuit if the gangway is hanging in parking position. These blocking mechanisms prevent the telescope to be free-coupled and rushed out. The telescope will not move until an operating pressure is obtaine

Please note that the adjustment of the blocking mechanism could not be made in the workshop and must be done onboard by our service engineer. 8.0 电力系统 Electrical system 为了起动/停止液压泵、灯等动作，在操控室内的控制面板上有必要的介绍，可以看图及技术资料中的描述。To start/stop the hydraulic pumps and Lights etc., the necessary instructions ar

See also the drawings and technical documents.9.0 操作过程 Operating Instructions9.1 过桥在平台上着陆；Landing the gangway on the landing platform9.1.1 检查安全保护开关应在“关闭”状态；Check that the Safety Switch is switched Off9.1.2 通过按控制面板上的起动按扭来起动泵；Start up the pumps by p

28、ressing the start buttons on the switchboard.9.1.3脱开伸缩部分的绑索;Release the lashings of the telescopic part9.1.4 分别操作变幅、回转、伸缩手柄使过桥起升、回转、伸缩、下降至登陆位置；Operate the handles to luffing, slew and telescope the gangway and then lower the gangway until the landing cone compeletely resting on the landing platform.

29、9.1.5着陆后用于起升的手柄应挂在“中间”的位置，过桥应呈自由联接状态，并且跟随船舶一起运动；The handle for lifting to be held in Middle position after the landing cone is resting on the landing platform. The Gangway has now free-coupled and will follow the vessels motion.9.1.6通过使用在着陆支座的绑索来固定过桥；Secure the gangway by lashing the landing cone to the landing platform.9.1.7关闭主电机；Stop the main motors.9.1.8打开安全保护开关为紧急情况下起升的储能器系统作准备；Turn the safety switch to On to set the accumulator system ready for an emergency li
