OSHC is a compulsory requirement for a student visa and is available from any government-approved OSHC provider.*OSHC covers students from the time they arrive in Australia only. Travel insurance is also strongly re

4、ty of Queenslands preferred OSHC provider is OSHC Worldcare and the University can accept payment on their behalf.The Universitys Letter of Offer shows the OSHC Worldcare fee for program-length cover of OSHC along with the program deposit amount which is part of the students tuition fees. When the d

5、eposit and OSHC have been paid and the signed Agreement and Response to Offer (ARO) is returned, the University indicates on the students Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) that the OSHC has been paid and this is sufficient for the student visa application . Students receive information about obtaining

6、 their OSHC Worldcare membership cards during Orientation at UQ.OSHC Worldcare coverage > 24-hour emergency assistance and medical advice > medical services provided by doctors (GP Services) > medical services such as pathology and radiology > some prescription medicines, and > ambula
