1、基于立异人才培育的高校教授教养管理研讨        【中文摘要】高等教育的义务是培育具有立异精神和实践才能的高等专门人才,而人才的培育又是通过教授教养活动来实现的,教授教养工作是学校的中央工作,而教授教养管理是教授教养工作的核心,教授教养质量的高下决议着人才培育质量的高下,关系到学校的生存和发铺。质量是高等教育的性命线,提高教授教养质量是高等教育永恒的主题。教授教养管理工作作为学校教授教养工作的主要组成部门,是维护正常教授教养秩序、提高教授教养工作效力和教授教养质量的主要保障。研讨高校教授教养管理机制,对于入一步

2、推入高校教授教养管理立异,以充足应用高校的有限资源更多更好地培育立异人才有着十分主要的意义。论文以培育立异人才为目的,对高校教授教养管理入行了较为体系的研讨。立异人才应具有立异思维才能、合理的智能构造和高贵的人格品质三个特色,高校实行立异人才培育,必需树立立异人才培育的教育理念,即以学生为本的理念、张扬个性的理念、*化的理念及开放化的理念,构建合理的立异培育体系及立异人才培育的课程体系,同时要在学生中倡导发明性学习,其关键要抓好立异型师资步队建设,并对教授教养管理提出了完美学分制管理轨制、提高教师综合素质、制订教与学的评价尺度以及营造立异环境四个方面的请求。目前,我国高校的教授教养管理改造取得

3、了一定入铺,但因为历史和现实的原因使得目前教授教养管理中仍存在良多题目,凸起表示在教授教养管理体系体例和管理轨制不利于立异人才的培育、民族文化传统中的消极因素对教授教养管理的影响、招生管理中尚待树立科学合理的人才选拔机制、专业设置过分强求统一的目录管理、教授教养规划管理缺少弹性、对教师教授教养方式及师生关系的引导和管理不力、实践教授教养环节的设计和管理不够科学等方面。如何构建科学、规范、可操纵、行之有效并且适合高校自身特色的教授教养管理体系,形成自我约束、自我激励保障机制,才能实现高等教育的全面和谐发铺,保证高校教授教养质量的提高,培育和培养具有立异精神和立异才能的高素质立异人才,已成为高校当

4、务之急。本文在剖析高等学校教授教养管理现状的基本上,探讨高等学校教授教养管理中存在的题目及其原因,夸大教授教养管理工作的主要性,以全面质量管理理论、高等教育学理论、高等教育管理理论、现代大学教授教养理论、高等教育评价理论为指点,并针对高等学校教授教养管理中存在的题目提出增强和改善高校教授教养管理的对策:改变教授教养管理思惟、更新教育观念;树立健全教授教养管理轨制;改入教授教养管理的方式和手腕;树立目的管理与入程管理相结合的教授教养管理模式;树立健全教授教养管理的监控和信息反馈体系;立异教授教养管理机制。高校的教授教养管理改造应从上述六个方面体现其立异之处,营迁立异人才培育的优良环境。'

5、);【Abstract】 The purpose of higher education is to produce highly specialized talents who are innovative as well as practical. It is known that the production of talents is realized through teaching activities. The center of the whole institution is teaching where the administration is the essential

6、 part. The teaching quality determines the quality of graduates and is critical to the survival and development of the institution. Quality is the blood line to higher education and how to improve it is an eternal topic.Teaching administration, as an essential part of teaching, is to maintain a norm

7、al teaching order, promote the teaching efficiency and guarantee its quality. So study of the mechanism of higher education administration is significant for promoting innovative teaching administration of higher education so as to better make use of limited resources and to produce more innovative

8、graduates. With this aim, the thesis conducted a rather comprehensive study into the teaching administration of higher education. Innovative talents are featured with innovative thinking, reasonable intellectual structure and good personality. In order to achieve the aim the college and university m

9、ust hold a belief that should be open, democratic, student centered and promoting full individualism. This belief advocates studentscreative learning, puts weight on the construction of an innovative faculty and requires a good scholastic credit management, highly qualified faculty, standardized tea

10、ching evaluation and an innovative environment. Although some progress has been made in the reform of teaching administration, issues still remain due to historical and present reasons which manifest themselves in many ways. For example, the current teaching administration and management is not favo

11、rable for the production of talents; the traditional national cultures have negative effect on teaching administration; a scientific, reasonable election mechanism is lacked in admission and enrollment; program setting emphasizes too much on a uniform catalogue management; the teaching plan lacks fl

12、exibility; management of teaching and guidance for teacher-student relationship are not sufficient; and the design for and management of the link of teaching practice are not scientific. It is urgent now to develop a self-constraining and self-inspiring mechanism, which is promising to guarantee a b

13、alanced development of higher education, improvement of teaching quality, and ultimately production of innovative talents. This thesis analyses the current situation of the teaching administration of higher education in China, discusses the issues and their possible causes and emphasizes the importa

14、nce of teaching administration. Finally, based on the theories of comprehensive quality management, study of higher education, administration of higher education, modern college and university teaching, and evaluation of higher education, it comes up with measures and solution to these existing issues:a shift from current thinking of teaching administration;a sound pattern of teaching administration;better approaches to improve teaching administration;a pattern of teaching administration which combines target management with process management;a sound monitoring and feedback
