1、 面试技巧恭喜您脱颖而出,获得了(我们的客户)面试的机会!我们愿意为您效劳,根据您的需要提供全方位的支持,助您在面试中一展风采。为此,我们列出如下面试技巧。成功面试的两个要素:! 准备工作! 充满热情准备工作充分的准备工作是面试取得成功的一半,因此必不可少。 以下是面试准备中的一些注意事项:! 确保您的顾问已经向您介绍了该职位、团队环境和组织机构的详细情况。! 通过该公司年报和网上信息再做一些调研。了解该公司的产品/服务、规模、位置,经济状况和增长潜力。! 明确面试地点并确保准时赴会。! 着装稳重,注意穿戴打扮的所有细节。! 记清面试的具体时间和地点,面试人的姓名和正确的读法,以及他/她的头衔

2、。 ! 用30分钟的时间回顾一下您的简历/工作经历以及与该职位的相关性。列出经验中与该职位有直接联系并能表现您工作能力的事例。回顾现任以及前任雇主,想想自己的工作表现,您应该对前任公司颇有了解。要特别注意如何描述您最重要的工作业绩。! 您需要向面试人传递以下信息:这个职位吸引您的理由;这个职位非你莫属;在众多候选人当中,您的独到之处。! 提前准备您要在面试中提出的问题。记住面试是双向的,雇主将通过提问来决定你是否能胜任该工作。同样你也能通过提问来决定公司是否有你寻找的发展机会。您可以参考以下试探性问题:-该职位的日常工作是什么? -为什么会有职位空缺? -您能不能介绍一下公司的文化? -公司是

3、否提供就职引导以及培训? -什么样的人在公司表现出色? -公司是如何定位以在竞争中立于不败之地? -公司的发展目标是什么?有没有增长或扩张计划? -胜任这个职位的人应该具备的最重要的三种素质是什么? -您认为我是否符合该职位的要求? -面试之后的环节是什么?了解面试的结构与方式,有备而战。能力性测试能力性测试是最常见的一种面试方式,也叫行为面试,需要你用过去的经历,介绍具体事例 来描述您在某一领域的能力。回答此类问题最有效的方法就是掌握“STAR ”技巧。- SITUATION - 简单地介绍工作背景- TASK - 具体地描述工作职责- ACTION - 描述做过的工作- RESULT -

4、介绍工作业绩以下是对一个能力测试问题的巧妙回答。该问题是测验您是否具备团队合作的能力。问题:在我们公司,团队合作是非常重要的,你怎样证明自己是一个团队合作高手?回答:我可以举很多事例。例如,我在ABC 公司担任金融分析师的时候,我们的销售团队正齐心协力准备一个大的投标任务,不巧原先协助他们的分析师在休假,于是我主动伸出了援助之手,连续加班加点2个星期,为他们提供所需要的信息。他们采取了我在价格、方案书版式方面的建议,结果我们公司中标了,我也因此得到晋升。面试人可能需要你用1至3个实例来证明自己的长项。对于标准的面试问题,提前想好答案和例证,例如:- 您的职业理想是什么?- 您为什么选择我们公司

5、?- 哪些产品/服务吸引了你的注意力?- 您最喜欢上一个工作经历中哪些部分?为什么?- 你是如何处理矛盾的?- 详细介绍一下你在工作中的积极性。- 你的缺点是什么? 有什么优点?- 团队合作对你而言意味着什么?- 什么样的管理模式能让你的能力得到最大的发挥?- 你主要的工作业绩有哪些?要知道,面试人对您进行面试是为了寻找合适的人选,而不是刻意地为难你,更不是让你难堪。在面试进行的过程中,他/她会对你提出一系列问题来找出你的优缺点,评估你的资质,技能和才干,还有可能问一些有深度的问题来评定你的态度、天赋、稳定性、动机以及成熟与否。你的风格和举止在面试过程中,面试人要评估您的整体表现,而不仅仅是您

6、的回答。注意以下因素有助您与面试人积极地沟通。-不偏不倚 -口齿伶俐 -职业规划和目标 -自信 -回答具体 -机智、成熟和有礼 -保持目光的交流 -握手有力 -会问问题 -了解公司/行业 -对公司和职位充满热情 -积极、“我能”的态度注意事项“要”:- 提前几分钟到达。面试迟到是无可辩解的。- 问候面试人,如果知道对方叫什么,就尊称其姓;否则就请对方重复一下自己的名字。 - 握手要有力度。- 等待对方邀请你坐下。坐姿挺拔。让自己看上去机敏、干练且用心。认真聆听,适时作答。面带微笑。- 保持眼神交流。- 跟着面试人的话题,但最好让对方在面试开始时向您介绍一下空缺的职位和责任,以便你有针对性的描述

7、自己的工作背景和技能。- 实事求是地介绍您的优点,让对方有所了解。记住,您可以很好地推销自己,让对方意识到公司需要您这样的人才。面带微笑。- 时刻流露出您对这份工作志在必得的信心。不要拒绝任何机会。多个选择总比一个选择强。“不要”:- 不要用简单的“是”或 “不是 ”回答问题。尽可能做一些解释。讲述与该职位有关的事情。- 不要说谎。诚实、中肯地回答问题。- 不要贬低前任或现任雇主或公司。- 回答问题要适可而止。面试人也许会转向一些有争议的政治或经济话题,最好说出自己的真实看法,恰到好处,言多必失。- 不要在第一轮面试时询问工资、奖金或假期等问题,除非你很确信对方有意录用你。然而,你应该清楚自己

We are keen to provide you with all the support you need to perform at your best and have outlined below a number of tools and techniques that you may find useful.The two key elements to successful interviewing:- Pre

10、paration- EnthusiasmPreparationPreparation is essential and greatly enhances your chances of performing well at any interview. Here below are some tips on interview preparation:-Ensure your consultant has provided you with a detailed understanding of the position description, the team environment an

11、d the organisation. - Conduct additional research regarding the organisation through reading annual reportsand researching on the Internet. Understand its products/services, size, locations, financial situation and growth potential.- Make sure you know exactly where youre going and always be on time

12、.- Dress conservatively and pay attention to all facets of your dress and grooming.- Know the exact place and time of the interview, the interviewers full name and the correct pronunciation and his/her title.- Spend 30 minutes reviewing your resume/experience and its relevance to the position descri

13、ption. Identify the specific examples in your background that are directly relevant to the position description and that demonstrate your ability to do the job. Refresh your memory regarding details of present and past employers and your work history in their companies. You will be expected to know

14、a lot about a company for which you have previously worked. Pay particular attention to how you will describe your most important achievements.- Be prepared to convey to the interviewer: why this role appeals to you, why they should consider you for this role and what makes you a bit different from

15、other candidates. - Prepare the questions YOU will ask during the interview. Remember that an interview is a two-way street. The employer will try to determine through questioning if you have the qualifications necessary to do the job. You must determine through questioning whether the company will

16、give you the opportunity for the growth and development you seek.Here below are examples of probing questions you might ask:-What would a normal day in this role look like? -Why is the position available?Interview Preparation Guide How would you describe your organisational culture? What induction a

17、nd training programmes does the organisation offer? What sort of people have done well in this team/organisation? How is the company positioned against its competitors? What is your vision for the future? What are the plans, if any, for growth or expansion? What are the three things that would make

Preparing for the Structure and Style of the Interview Competency based interviews are the most prevalent style of interviewing. Competency based interviewin

19、g, also known as behavioural interviewing, requires you to draw on past experience and describe specific examples of incidents that demonstrate your competence in a particular area. The most effective way of answering these questions is to use the STAR technique: - SITUATION briefly describe backgro

20、und to the situation - TASK describe specifically your responsibility - ACTION describe what you did - RESULT describe the your outcome of actions Here is an excellent answer to a competency-based question that is testing teamwork as a competence: Question: Team work is very important in our organis

21、ation. What evidence do you have to prove that you are a good team player? Answer: I have a number of examples I could share with you. In one instance, when I was working as a financial analyst at ABC Company, the sales team were putting together a bid for a large piece of work and the analyst that

22、normally helps them was on leave. I offered to help them and worked late every night for 2 weeks to ensure they had all the information they needed. They took on my suggestions regarding pricing and also some creative ideas I had on formatting the proposal. As it turned out we won the bid and I was

23、promoted as a result. You may be required to provide between one and three real-life examples to validate one particular competence. 24、s? Why do you want to work for our company? What interests you about our product/service? Of your previous jobs, which did you enjoy most and why? How have you managed conflict in the past? Describe what you have done in your career that shows your initiative. What are your weaknesses? Your strength

25、s? What does teamwork mean to you? What style of management gets the best from you? What have been your major achievements to date? Remember that you are being interviewed because the interviewer wants to hire somebody not because he/she wants to trip you up or embarrass you. Through the interaction

26、 that takes place during the interview, he/she will be searching out your strong and weak points, evaluating you on your qualifications, skills and intellectual qualities and he/she will probably probe deeply to determine your attitudes, aptitudes, stability, motivation and maturity. Your Style and

27、Behavior During your interview, the employer will be evaluating your total performance, not just your answers. Listed below are some factors and mannerisms that will usually produce a positive reaction from a prospective employer. Interested balanced approach Ability to express thoughts clearly Care

If you are not, ask them to repeat their name. DO shake hands f

30、irmly. DO wait until you are offered a chair before sitting. Sit upright in your chair. Look alert and interested at all times. Be a good listener as well as a good talker. Smile. DO look a prospective employer in the eye while you talk to him/her. DO follow the interviewers leads but try to get the

31、 interviewer to describe the position and the duties to you early in the interview so that you can relate your background and skills to the position. DO make sure that your good points get across to the interviewer in a factual, sincere manner. Keep in mind that you alone can sell yourself to an int

32、erviewer. Make him/her realize the need for you in his/her organisation. Smile. DO always conduct yourself as if you are determined to get the job you are discussing. Never close the door on opportunity. It is better to be in the position where you can choose from a number of jobs rather than only o

33、ne. - - DONT: DONT answer questions with a simple yes or no. Explain whenever possible. Tell those things about yourself which relate to the position. DONT lie. Answer questions truthfully, frankly and as to-the-point as possible. DONT ever make derogatory remarks about your present or former employ

34、ers or companies. DONT over answer questions. The interviewer may steer the conversation into politics or economics, since this can be controversial, it is best to answer the questions honestly, trying not to say more than is necessary. DONT enquire about SALARY, HOLIDAYS, BONUSES etc, at the initial interview unless you are positive the employer is interested in hiring you and raises the issue first. However, you should know your market value and be
