2、 how to get the students know when to use V-ing to function as object complement by knowing what is the subject ,predicate, object,and the understood subject of the v-ing in a sentence. Teaching procedures:Step 1 lead-inPresent a picture and ask the students two questions:What are the students doing

3、? (They are sleeping.)What do the students think of the lesson?(The students feel the lesson boring.)The students feel the lesson boring. In this sentence, “boring”.is used as object complement.Step 2 PresentationPresent more examples in which V-ing is used as object complement1 I heard the girl sin
