1、 Prior to installation,please read the installation guidelines carefully.LS CABLE Ltd.will not be responsible for defects caused by failure to following instructions.安装前,请仔细阅读安装手册,LS公司不对未按照指示所引发的缺陷负责。1.Product check&Storage产品确认和存储1Inspection检查Check the label of products for accuracy with orders.

2、仔细对照订单和产品的标签是否一致。The following information is contained in the label of the products.产品标签包含以下信息。QuantityThickness,size.Type of product.Color.数量厚度和尺寸.颜色.产品类型.2Storage存储When storing the rolls,do not lay down.Rolls should be stored upright on the smooth ground.卷材产品,不要平放在地上,卷材应直立放在平坦的地面。LS products are

3、proper floor covering for indoor.Do not expose products to direct sunlight and moisture.It causes the discoloration and deterioration of the products.LS橡胶地板产品应放在室内,不要暴露产品在阳光直接照射和潮湿的地方,它会导致产品变色和变质。Products and adhesive should be maintained at a temperature(1530for at least48hours installation site.Th

4、e installation is prohibited at the temperature of the below15,The product must be laid down on the installation site for at least 24hours before installation.产品和胶粘剂安装前应在温度(1530的地方放置至少48小时,禁止在低于15的环境下安装。安装前卷材应在场地内放置24小时之后,方可安装。2.Preparation准备1Subfloor基层地板All subfloors must be dry,flat,no-cracks,stru

5、cturally sound and clean without and dust,paint,wax,oil,grease,asphalt,old adhesive material.Subfloor must be completely level and smooth.所有地面必须干燥,平坦,无裂缝,结构合理,清洁无烟尘,油漆,蜡,油,油脂,沥青,旧胶粘剂材料。地面必须完全水平和平滑。Subfloor should be tested for moisture condition.Moisture condition of subfloor should be below4.0%prio

6、r to the installation.More moisture than standard maygive rise to a serious trouble at floor covering.基层地面应当检验水分。应在地面水分低于4.0%时,安装,水分超过标准可能会引 起橡胶地板材料严重的损害。Installation of the LS Rubber floor covering on the existing floor covering(wood, PVC floor etcmay cause the shrink or swelling or problem of adhe

7、sive property.It is recommended that remove the existing floor covering completely.在原有地板材料(木材,聚氯乙烯地板等上安装LS橡胶地板可能会导致收缩或膨胀或出现胶粘剂的无法粘合,建议完全拆除原有地板材料。2Precautions预防措施Identify the“Lot No.”to prevent the discoloration.确定批号,以防止色差。The product must be laid for at least24hours before installation.该产品规定安装前必须至少放

8、置24小时。Check the a different color and the defect of surface before bonding.It is only possible to solve the product defects before installation.拈接前检查产品色差和表面瑕疵,公司仅可能安装前解决产品瑕疵问题.3Adhesive粘合剂Recommended Adhesives推荐粘合剂 For a proper application of the adhesives and the further information,pleasecontact t

9、he adhesive manufacturer.为正确使用粘合剂,请联系粘合剂制造商。 3.Installation安装Set the products and adhesives in the installation site where they will be installed48 hours before installation.安装前,将产品和粘合剂放置在被安装地点48个小时。Products should always be visually inspected prior to installation.产品安装前应该事先目视检查。When installing the

10、product,ensure there is sufficient ventilation to prevent inhaling adhesive fumes.产品安装时,保证充足的通风,防止吸入粘合剂气体。1Installation安装.Draw lines to mark off where products will be laid.描线划分出产品放置地点。.l out the Sheets.Rolls is laid with approx3cm overlap along the adjoining edges. .RolPush the sheet tightly agains

11、t the wall.铺开卷材,卷材放置在相邻边缘上与之重叠,大约3cm宽。.Trim the overlapping edges.修整重叠之上的边缘。.Wind the half of the sheet to spread the adhesive.翻转一半,涂覆粘合剂。.Apply the specified adhesive with the right trowel by the on the subfloor.Be sure of .the open time and working time by the following manufacturers recommendatio

13、 the floor using the50kg roller.The initial adhesion is low, so it sometimes requires to apply weights,particularly at the seams,tomaintain contact until the adhesive sets(24hours.放下地板时,为了防止地板脱落和驱除气泡,使用软木板小心的摩擦整个板块的表.面。并且,为了覆着充分的压力表面,建议使用50Kg的滚轴。最开初的粘合力很低,所以,有时要求使用重物压,特别是在焊缝处,以保持粘合剂和地板接触,直到粘合剂全部奏效为止

14、。2Precautions预防措施Immediately remove the remaining adhesive on the product surface.Use alcohol to remove,but do not use the solvent such as acetone.立即清除产品表面的黏合剂,用酒精清除,切勿使用丙酮等化学溶剂。After24hours from laying,foot traffic is allowed.Do not damp clean within48hours.安装24小时后,可以行人走动,48小时内禁止用湿润器具清洗地板。 4.Mainte

15、nance维护A well planned and regular maintenance is important to preserve the appearance and quality of the floor coverings.Apply the below method of management to maintain for the optimum floor conditions.精心策划和定期保养是维护橡胶地板的外观和质量的重要方法。用下面的管理方法,可保持地板的最佳状态。1Initial cleaning(After installation初步清洗(安装后After

16、 installation,sweep the floor and remove all dust using a vacuum cleaner.安装完成后,用吸尘器扫除所有灰尘。.Apply the floor with diluted cleaning products following the manufacturers.instructions and allow the solution on the floor to act for about510minutes.清洁产品根据制造商的指导进行稀释后,允许在橡胶地板上作用大约510分钟。.Wash the floor using
