2、现了贯穿其中的若干万能理由,考生如果掌握了这些万能理由,就如同手上握有一串万能钥匙,可随意打开一扇又一扇通往高分的门。作为万能理由的第一条,expand ones horizons绝对是不二之选。究其本意,单数的horizon 是“地平线、海平线”的意思,但复数的horizons却指人们的“眼界、视野”,其英文注释为: the limit of your id eas, knowledge and experience. 其动词搭配一般有三个:expand, broaden, widen,都表示“拓展、拓宽、扩大”。略举一例:Worl d history is a course of stud
