1、精选优质文档-倾情为你奉上摘要本次设计的题目是位于广东汕头的某拟建高层办公楼设计，综合各项设计要求，该建筑设计为地下一层（层高为4.5m），地上20层，其中地上2层为裙房（层高为4.5m），上部18层为办公楼（层高为3.6m）。在结构设计方面，综合考虑建筑总高度、抗震设防烈度等因素，并且考虑到高层办公楼建筑要满足大开间的建筑使用功能，故采用框架剪力墙结构体系。本次建筑和结构设计均符合各项设计规范要求。关键词：高层建筑 建筑设计 框架剪力墙 结构设计一、建筑设计 建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑基地环境、使用功能、综合选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。着重

2、解决了建筑物与周围环境、建筑物与各种细部构造，最终确定设计方案，画出建筑施工图。其中包括总体方案设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计，以及屋面、楼梯及墙体等构造设计。 1.平面设计建筑体型的设计采用了镶嵌的设计理念，同时在主楼南北两面采用了圆弧形的玻璃幕墙设计，这不但满足建筑面积和采光要求的需要，而且外形较为独特。该办公楼紧邻多条城市干道，人流车流密集，故在主、次干道设商场入口，利用良好的周边城市环境。三层以上办公楼入口设在主楼北面，较好的处理了两股不同人流的关系 ,避免交叉干扰。消防登高面设于大楼北面，建筑外围与城市道路形成4m宽的环形消防通道，转弯半径为12m。整个建筑体型设计简洁大方，满足

3、建筑面积和采光要求的需要。在交通联系方面，办公主楼设有6部2.4mX2.4m的电梯，其中2部为消防电梯，商用裙房部分设有4部消防楼梯。2.立面设计 立面设计通过玻璃幕墙、开窗等方式形成层次感，通过不同尺寸的玻璃幕墙构成横向和竖向的流线感，简单又显气势，掌握了节奏的变化和协调。二、结构设计结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择合理的结构体系；进行结构布置，并初步估算，确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。结构计算包括荷载计算、变形分析、内力分析及截面设计，并绘制相关的结构施工图。 (1)该结构体系为框剪结构，据地质资料及柱底内力进行基础的选型和配筋计算，高层建筑上部荷载较大，基础采用桩基

4、形式。（2）楼梯的设计，板式楼梯比较美观，故楼梯均采用板式楼梯（3）楼盖设计，楼盖采用整体现浇肋梁楼盖（4）框架梁柱配筋采用PKPM电算的结果。 框架剪力墙结构既具有框架结构布置灵活、使用方便的特点，又有较大的刚度和较强的抗震能力。本设计正是利用框架剪力墙的这种优势，将办公楼体系选为框架剪力墙结构，在两侧楼梯间部位形成两个类似筒状剪力墙，并在四角落布置“L”形剪力墙，为了进一步减少平面的扭转，大楼南北面加设四片端柱剪力墙。为了达到结构的合理用材，同时保证刚度不产生突变，柱子沿竖向进行四次尺寸变化 ，墙柱混凝土强度等级均降低四次，-17层柱剪力墙为C50，815层柱剪力墙为C45，1720层柱剪

5、力墙为C40，2122层柱剪力墙为C35 。尺寸变化和等级降低不在同一层变化。总之，适用、安全、经济、使用方便是本设计的原则，结构上连接紧凑，主次分明。这次毕业设计是对我们将大学四年所学知识用于实践运用的一次考验，在期间不断的遇到和解决问题，是我们对于专业知识的理解和运用能力有了很大的提高，为以后的学习和工作奠定了基础，收获匪浅！Summary This time,the subject is the design for high-rise office in Shantou,Guangdong. In order to make use of the good surrounding terrain, the entrance of the mall is set near the major and minor lines. The entr

11、ance of the office, above the forth floor, is located at the easter of this building, which deals with the relation of different people perfectly. This measure avoids some interference. The north of it is just for fire-fighting in the higher floor. Inside the urban road, a circle passageway surround

12、s the building, with turning radius in 12m.The building design into the approximate square-shaped body, not only to meet the requirements of floor space and lighting needs, but also simple and elegant appearance. ensure the crowd shunt design separately, avoid to cause traffic congestion and chaos.
