It includes 7 parts and introduced the situation of hotel in through many ways, such as market, strategy, HR and so on. There is not a football theme hotel in the UK, therefore, here is a opportu to invest it. We invest 2
2、00,000 pounds and turn the old hotel into a football theme hotel.In this business plan, Goal Hotel aims to provide the comfortable and full of football elements rooms for customers who are interested in football. So the target people is football followers. The target market is football involvement.
3、This business plan outlines current position and the future of Goal Hotel. There are some analyses including Five forces, PESTEL, and SWOT to show a perfect future of Goal Hotel. Otherwise, the hotel existed before investment, all managers are expert at managing the hotel, which is beneficial to exp
4、anding and operating the hotel well.The marketing plan shows the operating of hotel, including BCG, E-marketing, and CRM. Also, the marketing plan is appropriate for Goal Hotel through the 7Ps analyses, which considerations are involved in different fields. In other hands, HR plan outlines internal
5、conditions of Goal Hotel in , including leadership, management team, employees, organizational structure, and rewards and incentives.There are 200,000 pounds invested, as can be seen in the final plan, the retained profit is 38,284 pounds totally in first year, the return rate is about 28.15%. 6、otel will continue to make a profit in second and third year, the return rate is about 30.56% and 63.01% respectively. And there are further 20,000 pounds invested for improving the facilities of hotel.2 Current position2.1 Company sOur company is a hotel, named Goal. The concept of our company is t
7、he football, a lot of football elements need to include in our hotel. So Goal can represent the image of football appropriately. This hotel existed previously and now we invest 20,000 to expand it, 5000 each one, 4s totally. Our company is Limited Liability Company. The location of our company is in
8、 Manchester which has United Manchester team and Manchester City team and there are clubs and coffee bars near our hotel. It is convenient for watching games. All of this is ly related to our theme hotel.2.2 Products and services offeredThere are 30 rooms including spacious room, standards room and
9、family suite, the price is 150 pounds, 150 pounds and 200 pounds respectively. The type of our organization is a service organization which is mainly about the hotel for football concept. There are many football elements in our rooms, such as football sculpture, the clothes and photos of football st
10、ars. Our hotel opens 24 hours from Monday to Sunday. We also offer fine breakfast and wake-up service. We can add beds if customers need.2.3 Fin al position from previous tradingGoal hotel purchases the fixed assets from the old hotel, including building and P&M. The initial investment is 20,000

30、iewed some people in Manchester. The question is about the peoples perspective of Football Theme hotels and price of rooms. According to the result of the interview, more than 81% of interviewees state that they are willing to have a special experience in a football theme hotel before or after the f
31、ootball games. Nevertheless, 59% of them do not care about the price of the hotel. Moreover, according to the Statistic Portal, the occupancy rate of the hotel industry in Europe is 68.8%. Therefore, we can estimate that the first year of occupancy rate in our hotel is about 40%.4.2 Market ShareThe
32、main competitor of Goal Hotel is Holiday Inn, because Holiday Inn has variety of levels of hotels, and their hotels can be found everywhere in UK. Based on the annual report of Holiday inn, their market share in Manchester is about 30%. Considered about our limited capital, we can just invest 30 roo
