7、ific and Technical Research Institute of Chinese Railway Tunnel Group Corporation Abstract: Research purpose Karst Cave 2 of Yuanliangshan Tunnel is a filling karst cave with high-pressure hydrodynamic silt layer. No such kind of cave has been found in all constructions of tunnel at home and abroad,

8、 so there is no successful experience to learn. The research is made on grouting materials for such kind of cave by application of many theories and doing lots of practices in this paper in order to solve the problem of grouting engineering. Research method Ordinary concrete-water glass two-shot gro

9、uting and extra fine concrete-water glass two-shor grouting are adopted in construction of the pilot tunnel under karst cave 2. By this way, it is difficult to pass through one cave. Following it, after the level pilot tunnel encounters karst cave, two-shot grouting is adopted, but the result is not

10、 good. To such situation, the grouting materials are adjusted and ordinary concrete one-shot grouting and extra fine concrete one-shot grouting are introduced to form group grouting materials. The group grouting materials increase the grouting effects for level pilot tunnel. But after it rains on ea

11、rth surface, the grouting solidification is broden down by high-pressure water and cause failure of grouting. Through summing up the experiences and learning lessons, TGRM grouting and HSC grouting are introduced to form a complete set of system and selected model with six kinds of grouting material

Research result The grouting problem of level pilot tunnel and main cave of filling karst cave 2 with highpressure hydrodynamic silt layer is solved by the complete set of system with six kinds of grouting materials. Research conclusion With national technique, the reinforcement of filling karst cave with high -pressure hydrodynamic silt layer can be well done and engineering for it can be kept going smoothly by adopting the complete set of system with six kinds of grouting materials of ordinary concrete one-shot grouting, extra fine one-shot grouting, ordinary concrete-water
