1、中德企业参与职业教育的比较研究    中德企业参与职业教育的比较研究 Study on the Comparison between the Chinese Enterprise and Germany Enterprise Participating in Vocational Education 【中文摘要】 职业教育是现代社会经济的产物,当前以知识经济为主要的社会中,知识和技术的迅速发展使人们的社会生活方式发生了本质的改变,人们越来越多的生活和工作方式被现代知识和技术左右。学习新知识、掌握新技术已经成为人们生活中的头等大事。知识背景下的职业教育显得

2、异常重要。主要表现在职业教育已经成为人们获取知识和技能的重要手段,是企业发展的关键,又有减少社会失业和帮助弱势群体融入社会的重要功能。职业教育是调节当代社会劳动力市场的重要砝码。本文针对我国职业教育发展滞后,职业学校生源不足,师资培训环节薄弱,职业学校经费紧张,职业学校毕业生就业困难,以及企业缺少技术工人所导致的企业发展瓶颈等问题,提出企业参与是解决上述问题的关键。本论文主要采用比较研究法,对两国企业参与职业教育的共性进行简要介绍,通过对中德两国企业参与职业教育的模式、方式、过程以及参与的资格差异比较,分析了两国企业在参与职业教育产生差异的原因,借鉴德国参与职业教育的制度的成功经验,提出对我国

3、企业参与职业教育要加强相关的制度建设,改变我国职业技术教育的制度环境,转变政府职能,充分发挥企业在职业技术教育的主体作用,提升企业参与职业教育的积极性。本论文的章节安排如下:第1章引言本章主要介绍选题依据,核心概念的界定,研究综述,研究的目的和研究的意义。第2章中德企业参与职业教育的现状本章主要介绍了德国在企业参与职业教育取得的成就,对职业教育的促进作用,德国职业教育改革对德国企业参与职业教育提出的规定。关于我国企业参与职业教育的现状,主要是提出了我国企业参与职业教育的不足和所存在的问题。第3章中德企业参与职业教育的共性与差异比较本章是对中德企业参与职业教育的共性和差异进行了梳理,对两者之间的

4、共性进行了简要的介绍,主要是通过介绍两国企业在参与职业教育的资格、方式、模式以及过程的不同,对两国企业参与职业教育的差异性进行比较分析,在管理制度、协调制度、监督制度以及企业在职业教育中的不同地位和企业与职业学校的关系等不同层面上,对产生差异的原因分析。第4章德国企业参与职业教育的经验对我国企业参与职业教育的启示本章主要是对我国企业参与职业教育提出了几点建议。建议政府要加强相关法律建设,重视职业教育立法,完善职业教育法规,加强对企业参与职业教育的监管,提升企业参与职业教育的积极性。结语对前几章的总结,发现我国企业参与职业教育存在的问题,引起研究者对我国企业参与职业教育的法制建设、制度研究、法律

5、监管等问题的思考。 【英文摘要】 Our life model has been changed in the society which knowledge and skillhas been developed. Our activity more and more has been controlled by ourknowledge and skill which we must grasp in our life . Vocational Education isimportant means for us to study the skills and learn the know
