论文参考书目格式书写原则

1、一、参考书的目的在於列出与本论文有关之着作，格式务求简单、 明了，并前後统一。二、所有参考资料应分类书写。分类之方法可以中文书目、外文书 目、外文译成中文之翻译书目、影音资料等作为区分。若所列 书目繁多，亦可以着作之性质予以分类。三、属於同类之着作应依一定次序排列：中文书目依作者姓名笔划 排列，外文书目依作者姓氏字母次序排列，翻译书目则依作者 外文之原文姓氏，按姓氏字母次序排列。四、参考书目之外文书目部份，作者姓名的姓列於名之前； 亦即先依作者之姓按字母次序排列，若遇到同姓之作 者，再依作者之名按字母次序排列。五、参考书目通常不列岀页码，但若为期刊论文、或整部着作中之 某章节时，则必须列出页码

2、。若为期刊论文时，在列出页码数， 必须交代期刊名称与卷、期术。六、参考资料之作者姓带有、“Jr.或罗马数字，则格式如下：Brownell, Arthur P,Jr.Edwards, Ira Raymond III.七、若连续多部着作均为同一作者，则仅在第一部着作列出作者姓 名，其後每部着作前则保留与作者姓名同等长度之位置予以画 线。前後之排列次序可依着作发行日期之先後排定。例： Karbusicky, Vladimir. 3、 -Gesellschaft.Wiesbaden : Breitkopf & H?rtel, 1975.Systematische Musikwissenschaft Mtinchen : Wilhelm FinkVerlag, 1979.八、若同一着作中有两个或两个以上的作者时，则以姓名笔画少者 或字母次序前者为依据安排於参考书目中。其他作者则依笔画 多少或字母次序依序列出。九、每一参考书目遇到需接下一行时，均要在下一行开始处空出 (缩排)约八个字元单位之位置，该书目之其他部份於第九格 处开始衔接。十、本论文中附注之格式与书写方法亦应前後统一。H一、有关外文参考书目部份，格式如下：(B -参

19、译书目应在作者原文姓名後依序列出 作者译名、着作译名、着作原文名称、着作出版地点与时间原 文、译者或编译者名、译着出版地点与时间等，例如：Meyer, Leonard B.(伦纳德？迈尔着)：音乐的情感与意义 (Emotion and Meaning in Music, Chicago： The University of Chicago Press, 1956),何乾三译，北京：北京大学出 版社，1991年初版。十三、中文参考书目与外文翻译成中文之翻译书目中注解格式如下：1. 注解之引用可以分为参考性注解与内容性注解。所谓参考性 注解乃在着名所引用之见解或资料之出处，以利读者进一步参 考。2. 为避免复杂，注解以不含图、表为宜。3. 欲在本论文之某处加以注解时，需加一注解号码。例如：音乐美学家与
