11、er for the ash bucket into operatio n.9启动润滑油泵、调节油泵运行，投入润滑油系统。并 检查确认各润滑油系统运行正常。Start the lube oil pump and the regulati on oil pump and put the lube oil system into operation, and check and confirm whether each lube oil system works normally or n ot.10开启汽包及各过热器空气门，关闭给水管道疏水门。 联系汽机启动给水泵向锅炉上水至正常水位。Open

12、the vent valves of drum and each superheater, close the drain valves of feed water pumping, inform the turb ine operator to start the feed water pump to feed water to the boiler till to the no rmal water level.11锅炉上水期间应控制汽包壁温差50C，记录各部膨胀指示。上水完毕后校对各水位计。During the feeding, control the wall temperature

13、of the drum within > 50 C and record the expa nsion in dicati on of each part. After the end of water feedi ng, calibrate each water gauge.12点火前4至6小时投入辅助蒸汽系统，正常后投入炉 底蒸汽加热，记录加热前和加热后各部膨胀指示。4-6 hours before ignition, put the auxiliary steam system in to operati on, after it is no rmal. Heat the boil

16、put the recirculation of econo mizer into service.二、启动操作步骤B Start operation steps17联系值长、电气，启动风烟系统，确认空预器启动条 件满足，启动 A、B空预器运行；Inform shift engineer and electric shift operator, start the air and flue gas systems, confirm the con diti on to start the air preheated is ok and start the A、B air preheaters.

17、18检查引、送风机启动条件满足，联系值长、电气，依 次启动引风机、送风机运行，调整炉膛总风量在 30% 40%之间，调节炉膛负压正常。Check the con diti ons for start ing the ID and FD fans are satisfied, inform the shift engineer and the electric operator, start the ID and FD fans in turns, adjust the total air quantity of the furnace between 30% 40% and regulate

20、分钟后吹扫完成。Inform the shift engineer and turbine operator, confirm the ignition condition is ready, check and confirm the purge condition of furnace is satisfied, push down the “brn ace purge” butt on, after 5 minu tes, the purge is completed.23锅炉点火：投入油枪，对角投入油枪使炉膛均匀受 热；调整相应的风门挡板开度，保证燃烧正常；Ignite the boi

21、ler, put the - oil gun into service, put the oil gun in to service on the cross for mak ing the furn ace heating evenly, adjust the relative opening of the air damper for ensuring the combustion normally.24锅炉点火起压后机组按启动升温升压曲线以及金属温 升率，控制升温、升压速度。After the ign iti on and pressuriz ing, con trol the temp

22、erature and pressure rising speed according to the temperature and pressure rising curve and the metal temperature rising ratio.25用锅炉启动对空排汽阀的开度配合控制锅炉升温升压 速度。Control the boiler temperature and pressure rising speed in coord in ate with the ope ning of the valve to atmosphere.26主汽压力在0.150.2MPa时，联系汽机投入

37、烧稳定(不投油稳燃)，投运电除尘器并将 振打装置改为周期振打。Check the combusti on in the furnace is stable(without oil help) put the electric de-duster into service and cha nge the vibrator into periodic vibrator.41确认炉组各保护均已投入，汇报值长。After confirming each protection had been in service, report to the shift engin eer.42机组启动操作完毕后，汇
