The validity period of your visa and residence permit ratified is effective from the applying date, and the original visa or residence permit will be annulled.3. Except the situation pre

12、scribed in this notice, Exit & Entry Administration Department only accepts applications for visa and residence permit from the person concerned。4. only fulfill all the required procedure can the application be accepted. Once applied, it is not allowed to withdraw the application or ask for the

13、certificate before the due day. 5. The visa or residence permit issued may be different from what you have applied for, so please check carefully after collect your passport.6. The host institutions that apply for visa or residence permit on behalf of its foreign staff or business partners should fi

14、ll in the “Registration Form of Enterprises /Organization”(which can be obtained from the front desk) beforehand. It requires the foreign affairs commissioner of the host institute to bring and show the “Registration Form of Enterprises /Organization” when making application. If the foreigner makes

15、the application himself or herself, the commissioner should help to arrange the full set of material, including the “Registration Form of Enterprises /Organization”.7.
