3、西侧,地铁 3 号线星火路站以南、东大路以北。3. 工程概况3.1本项目由地下汽车车库、局部地下自行车停车库,上部 C1#C4# C5#楼共计5幢楼组成。主体 C1#C4为框架结构,C1C4#6层,结构总高度23.35米;主体C5#为框剪结构,C5#15层,结构总高度59.85米;地下室两层,其中地下一 层层高 4.7-6.5 米,地下二层层高 3.7 米,地下室顶板覆土高度 0.81.0 米。3.2 建筑结构设计使用年限为 50 年;地下室防水等级二级,种植顶板防水等级 一级,变电所、配电房防水等级一级,抗震设防烈度七度,防护等级二等人员掩 蔽工程,防核武器等级为六级;C1C4楼为多层办公楼

4、,结构安全等级二级,地 上耐火等级二级,地下耐火等级一级,抗震设防烈度七度;C5#楼为一类高层办公楼,结构安全等级二级,地上耐火等级一级,地下耐火等级一级,抗震设防烈 度七度。第二章、配电系统及计算书1. 配电系统1.1 本工程用电主要负荷为施工现场照明、机械设备及钢筋、木工加工车间,办 公室及生活区用电。1.2 现场用电均从由建设单位提供的低压配电房 109-3 柜引出(断路器容量 800A, 电流互感器变比800: 5); 一级配电房设置在二期 C5东北角,内设两台配电柜 (一台用于生活区供电, 一台用于施工区域供电) 导线截面和电箱选用见施工用 电系统图。1.3 采用三相五线制,所有室外

5、固定的用电设备及电箱设专门接地装置。1.4 室外电缆延墙、路边采用埋地敷设,过施工便道处穿过预留槽口;多股五芯 电缆分别接进临时办公楼、宿舍、 和食堂或施工总电箱;现场用电线路均采用电 缆沿外围墙及基坑四周暗敷设, 楼层用电线路采用托吊方式。 进入室内装修施工 阶段,将楼层用电回路的线缆引入楼内,每 3层设一台二级配电箱,并且首、顶 层必须设楼层用电箱,便于楼内施工用电。1.5 在变压器控制开关上引出电源,通过总配电箱后用主干线电缆送出。总箱配 出线采用放射式和树干式相结合的配电方式RCD1 L专用变压器供电时接零保护系统示意I工作接地* 2-PEtt*M«4i;壳(正常不带电的外霭
