6、的活力。采用单因素实验分别研究了培养基生长氮源种类、生长氮源用量对产纤维素酶活力的影响,再通过研究培养基中有机氮源和无机氮源的不同组合对产纤维素酶活力的影响,最后通过正交实验三种不同氮源组合对培养基配方中氮源进行了优化,以确定最优氮源组合。实验结果表明培养基配方中最优氮源组合为:硫酸铵为1.2%,豆饼粉为0.4%,蛋白胨为0.4%。采用此培养基中最优氮源组合固态发酵培养绿色木霉产纤维素酶活力达到448.558U/g。The project is with green trichoderma viride strain, for green trichoderma viride produces

8、llulose enzyme activity, through the medium of the different combination of organic nitrogen source and inorganic nitrogen source to produce cellulose enzyme activity influence, finally through the orthogonal experiment of three different nitrogen source combination of nitrogen source in the culture
9、 medium formula has been optimized, in order to determine the optimum nitrogen source. Experiments showed that the optimal nitrogen source in the culture medium formula combination are: ammonium sulfate is 1.2%, bean cake powder is 0.4%, peptone 0.4%. Using the medium combination of the optimal nitr
10、ogen source in solid state fermentation culture green trichoderma viride produces cellulose enzyme activity reached 448.558 U/g.With the green trichoderma viride producing cellulose, the project selectes optimized nitrogen source of culture medium to enhance the vitality of cellulase production.
