3、由运行在客户端的Web浏览器(用户界面)、Web容器中的Web组件(Web层)和运行在EJB(企业JavaBean)容器中的处理事务的EJB组件(业务层)组成,其中Web层的设计是否易于管理和扩展,将直接影响到应用程序整体性能。本文所阐述的人事管理系统是采用B/S模式,运用Eclipse开发平台,Struts,Spring,Hibernate框架,MVC开发模式和Java,Jsp等相关技术开发的。本系统依据实际需求设计数据库结构,并实现了人事管理系统的基本功能,如职工档案信息,劳动合同信息等数据的查询,添加,统计等功能,从而提升了企业的效率和竞争力,满足了现代企业管理的需求。【英文摘要】The
