3、TREATMENT BEFOREINSTALLATION:一般情况A. Extreme Heat: The extreme heat during the adhesive cure will cause the tiles to swell. During the period 24 hours before installation and throughout the adhesive curing period, the subfloor temperature should not be colder than 15° C (60° F or warmer tha

On-grade and below-grade subfloors must be protected against ground moisture with an enough moisture barrier to prevent moisture migration or water vapor transmission.地面和地面下层必须没

6、有水珠和水蒸气。B. New concrete should be treated at least 28 days prior to installation and prior to testing for moisture.如果水泥地面是新铺设的,那么您需要等待 28天然后进行适度测试。C. Adequate moisture testing must be done. Make sure the entire floor tile area is dry enough. Check the tiles for possible defects including tri

10、m, thickness and color. Replace any defective tiles prior to adhesion.擦干需要安装胶地板的区域, 检查胶地板是否有缺陷和瑕疵, 包括边缘不整齐, 厚度不一 致,颜色有缺陷。替换不合格的产品。B. Define the center point of end walls and connect them by striking a line down the middle of the room. Strike appropriate border lines and divide the room into quarters

11、.预先画出安装区域的中心和边线,将屋内区域分成方块形。C. A line indicating the quarters for fitting border tiles should be made. Measure the distance to each wall to provide at least a half tile for the completion of the installation应该预先画好边界线,同时保证到墙根的距离至少有半块胶地板宽。D. Line up the first row of tiles with a string line or a straig

12、ht edge. Lay a second row either Brick pattern or point to point aligning the squares or ribs very carefully. It is important not to pressure fit the joints.排整第一排胶地板使之成直线。然后再安装第二排。注意不要过分挤压胶地板来整合连接 处。E. Put the adhesive in the subfloor carefully, make sure the adhesive is adequate and no more than ne

13、cessary , uniformly level.将黏胶铺在地面,注意不要过多或过少。F. Paint the appropriate amount adhesive to the back of tile and lay the pre-cut tiles into the adhesive. Does not pressure fit the joints。 Rubber floor tiles have a natural expansion factor and do not have to be pressured-fitted. Cover the floor with wood

14、 in traffic areas for at least 24 hours. 在地板背面也涂上黏胶然后将胶地板至于铺好黏胶的地面。 不要挤压胶地板来对接。 因为 胶地板有天然的延展性,所以不需要用力去整合。如果预计安装后 24小时内胶地板会受到 踩踏,请铺上模板或其他材料进行保护。H. Using a 100kg. roller, roll the tiles in two directions. One more rolling should be done after one hour.
