25、截面尺寸为2400*1800，桩深设计为1524m,桩基础置于中风化基岩，且嵌入中风化基岩长度不小于 1/3 桩总长。 桩中心间距为6m， 桩间挡板墙厚度为600mm 挡板通过桩身预留连接筋与桩身连接，挡板顶部及底部分别设置压顶梁及基梁与桩身连接。桩采用硅护壁，护壁厚度为120mm,硅强度等级护壁为C20,桩芯及桩间挡板墙、梁为C30。2、场地地质概况桩号K1+058.50K1+213.50段堤防挡墙位于涪江二桥南桥头桥台与1号桥墩间，地面绝对高程为204m,挡墙靠桥台侧为本项目主要施工道路， 车流量较大。同时根据现场开挖情况看，地表上层为较厚砂粘土层，中部 为砂卵石层，下部为中风化基岩，最大

42、、工期安排根据整个项目的总体安排，本分部工程计划80个工作日完成，墙背回填不单独计划工期，主要工序安排如下（进度计划横道图详附后）。（三）、人工挖孔桩施工1、施工准备1）、平整场地，测定桩位，并进行复核。2）、架设并接通临时用水、用电线路，保证施工用水、用电。3）、安装提升架，本工程因桩孔较深，运渣量较大，拟采用简易电动井架作为提升工具，井架采用钢管搭设，每个井口配备一台井架。装料容器采用密闭轮胎胶桶，提升绳具采用 6.2mm钢丝软绳，提升设备应有可靠的防坠落措施。开挖前对其进行全面检查，并进行试运转，运行正常方可投入使用。4）、桩孔开挖前，先作路堑上方截水流道，同时作好场地排水，管理好施工用

43、水。按设计边坡要求清方至桩顶高程，为桩孔开挖作准备。5） 、充分熟悉相应施工图纸及施工规范，向作业班组及作业人员作好各分项施工技术及安全技术交底工作，重点明确施工操作的重点、难点、安全防护措施及遇特殊情况的处理，并完善相应签字手续。2、桩井开挖桩井开挖拟采用隔桩跳挖的施工方法，禁止在堑顶上方堆放弃渣及建筑材料。1）、锁口部分根据桩位线先行开挖并浇筑孔顶护筒，护筒顶面应高于地貌标高100200mm,以防止在开挖过程中雨水流入井道内，经复核无误后将桩位“十”字控制线测设于顶筒上并用红油漆作好标识，请现场监理验线认可后作好相应保护工作。同时为防止下节井孔开挖时井口沉陷，将第一节护壁加厚至30cm厚，
