1、河北大学轻工学院QINGGONG COLLEGE, HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY外文资料翻译设计题目:年产 200 万吨 1780 热轧带钢车间设计学生姓名:号: 200815190110学专业班级:08 轧钢 1 班学部:材料化工部指导教师:2012 年 05 月 2 日摘 要摘要板带钢是钢铁筑业。宽带钢在我国的主要品种之一,广泛应用于工业,农业,交通和建中的发展中需求量很大。世界各国近年来都在注重研制和使用连铸连轧等新技术和新设备来生产板带钢。热轧带钢是重要的钢材品种,对整个钢铁工业的技术进步和效益有着重要影响。发达热轧带钢产量约占热轧钢材的 50%以上,并在国际市场竞争

2、中居于领先地位。我国钢铁工业近年来产量增长较快,但高附加值的数量和质量较低。我国一般热轧带钢厚度下限是 1.8mm,但实际上只生产很少厚度小于 2.0mm 的热轧带钢,即使窄带钢,厚度一般也大于 2.5mm。因此,相当一部分希望使用厚度小于 2mm 带钢作原料的用户,只得使用冷轧带钢。如果能开发薄规格的热轧带钢,则可代替相当一部分的冷轧带钢使用,能使生产成本大为降低。板带材生产技术水平不仅是冶金工业生产发展水平的重要标志,也反映了一工业与科学技术发展的水平。建设现代化的热轧宽带钢轧机要满足现代工个业对热轧板带品种质量的要求。本设计将本着多品种,多规格的原则设计生产车间。尽量做到的高附加值。目前

3、传统热轧采用的特色技术有:1.连铸坯热装和直接热装。该技术要求炼钢和连铸机稳定生产无缺陷板坯, 热轧车间最好和连铸机直接连接,以缩短传送时间,在输送辊道上加设保温罩及在板坯库中设保温坑,板坯库中要具有相应的热防护措施。2.厚度的自动。选用 WRB、PC、CVC 轧机等装置,利用可靠地板形检测装置,获得准确的检测信号。最后在检测装置与执行机构之间应装备板形装置。这时要根据的板形检测结果确定实际的板形参数,并将它与可获得最佳板形的板形参数相比较,利用这两者之差给出执行机构的调整量,对板形进行。3.中间坯保温技术和感应加热技术。中间坯长度可达8090m,进精轧机轧制过程中为减少带坯头尾温差,设置保温

4、罩是简单有效的技术。精轧机组前的带坯电感应加热器是轧制薄规格和硅钢、不锈钢、高碳钢特殊品种设置的。从我国目前板带市场需求情况和生产能力来看,热轧板的生产能力大大高于1河北大学轻工学院冷轧能力。采用常规板坯连铸、热送热装和直接轧制工艺,可稳定生产以汽车面板为代表的高档板材品种,除生产工艺成熟、效率高、质量高外,还可缩短工艺流程,降低生产成本。但由于连铸和热连轧生产线的投资比例一般约为连铸 20%,轧机 80%,热连轧机是决定规模和投资的主要因素。从生产规模看, 要充分发挥热连轧机的生产能力, 必须配备足够生产能力的辅助设备和确保连铸坯的质量和供应量。采用连铸、炼钢、轧钢生产计划的计算机投资效益最

5、大化。管理系统,以保证物流匹配,使本设计是年产 200 万吨的热轧板带钢车间工艺设计。主要内容包括:原料的选择、生产工艺的制定、典型工艺计算、主要设备和辅助设备的选择,并且对主要设备(轧辊和电机)的能力进行了校核,对车间主要指标、生产车间布置和环境保护,进行了设计和。综合考虑市场需求、年产量、生产条件等因素本设计生产的范围为(2.010.0)×(7001600)mm。所用钢种为:普碳钢、合金结构钢、不锈钢(约含 25%)。选择的坯料为 250×1050×12000 mm,24.88 吨。带钢热连轧机精轧采用两级和一级的轧制方法。此车间采用粗轧和精轧两个阶段轧制,即

6、采用综合轧制方法,先在粗轧阶段轧制六道次,达到在精轧机中连续轧制七道次。所需宽度后,再轧钢机布置的基本形式有三种:横列式布置、顺列式布置和连续式布置。根据本车间生产情况及现场实际状况,粗轧阶段选用两辊的四辊可逆式轧机。立辊轧机的作用是轧边,限制宽展,同时破碎轧件表面的氧化铁皮。四辊可逆式粗轧机既可满足板坯精度高的要求,又可保证足够的压下量及较好的板形。七台四辊精轧机机座之间以 6000mm 的间距串联布置形成了一条七机架连轧精轧机组。本设计的目的和意义:本设计课题是年产 200 万吨的板带钢生产车间。这是一个大型的轧钢车间,其投资大,消耗大,生产量带钢是我国钢铁生产的主打,需求量很大。目前我国

7、带钢产能在 5500 万吨左右,但今后几年市场需求仍然会有较大增长。另外带钢的延伸还有一定市场空间,如装潢用的五金材料,发展十分快,不少五金出口到东南亚、欧美等国际市场,拉动了国内的带钢生产。由于市场对板带钢的需求仍然很大,而且在近几年此该大型生产车间的建立是可行的。下降,因带钢生产技术发展至今已有 80 多年的历史,现在已经是第四代轧机,板形2摘 要技术目前也已经发展得较为成熟。在相关技术比较完善的情况下,建立大型轧钢厂可以节约很多在技术改进上的投资,可以在建成时就采用目前最先进的技术,还可以借鉴其他车间的生产经验,少走一些弯路,一步到位。连铸坯热送热装指的是把无缺陷的铸坯在热状态下送到轧钢

8、加热炉加热,然后再送到轧机进行轧制。连铸与热轧之间的连接方式有四种:(1)工艺(CHR)。(2)连铸坯热装工艺(HCR)。(3)连铸坯直接热装工艺(DHCR)。(4)连铸坯直接轧制工艺(DR)。根据连铸坯热送热装的特点,设计中拟采用以下解决思路:(1)连铸坯流转方式,连铸坯热送均采用辊道输送到热轧车间加热炉,辊道上采取了一定的隔热保温措施。热装温度一般达 600700,有的高达 800以上。(2)连铸坯批后,用长行程热温度。及加热,当连铸坯热送到热轧生产线时,经验收及组机或辊道将热坯送入加热炉,由计算机加热炉的加(3)组织无缺陷连铸坯生产,加强各类事故的管理。例如:铸坯表面纵裂是在结晶器内产生

9、,并在二冷段进一步扩展形成的。为了减少表面纵裂的发生率, 在生产中应改进结晶器冷却和二次冷却工艺。(4)在板坯库和加热炉之间设有保温坑,以满足热装热送工艺需要。热轧板带生产的一般工艺流程是:原料的备,坯料的加热,轧制,轧后冷却,精整和质量检查等工序,对于特殊要求的钢种,在加热后不需经过热处理等工序。国外热轧宽带钢生产的技术进步表现在以下几个方面:热带钢无头轧制技术。无头轧制技术能稳定生产宽薄带钢及超薄热轧带钢,其宽厚比可由传统热连轧的 8001 提高到 1 0001,并能应用润滑轧制及强制冷却技术生产具有新材料性能的高新技术 。薄板坯连铸连轧技术。它主要有紧凑式热带钢生产工艺 CSP (Com

10、pact Strip Process) 、热带钢生产工艺 ISP (In-Line StripProduction)、灵活式薄板坯轧制工艺 FTSR (Flexible Thin Slab Rolling)和连铸直接轧制工艺 CONROLL 等 10 余种类型。铁素体区轧制生产工艺。它又称相变控制轧制,是由比利时冶金研究中心于 1994 年开发的一项轧制新技术,当初主要目的就是用薄规格的热轧带钢取代 1.0mm2.0mm 厚度范围的冷轧。铁素体区轧制生产工艺的发展目标是生产薄(超薄)规格优质深冲板。LTV 公司的印地安3河北大学轻工学院那厂 40%的超低碳钢采用铁素体区轧制生产, Arvedi

11、 公司采用铁素体区轧制生产的超薄热轧带钢已占其产量的 25%。铸轧薄带钢的 CASTRIP 工艺。与常规连铸和轧钢技术相比,这种工艺具有投资省、运行费用低、节能环保、废气排放少等优点。国内热轧带钢生产概况如下:传统的热带轧机。宝钢 2050mm 热轧带钢轧机。2050mm 热轧机组为 3/4 连续式轧机。全厂的主要设备有: 4 架粗轧机、7 架精轧机, 3 台全卷取机,及 5 条精整作业线。设备总重 60915t。薄板坯连铸连轧。宝钢的 2050 和 1580 热轧线是国内工艺装备及自动化水平较高的两条生产线,能稳定生产厚度1.5mm 的热轧板卷,也能生产少量厚 1.0mm1.2mm 的超薄热

12、轧带钢。铁素体区轧制生产工艺。珠钢 CSP 薄板坯连铸连轧生产线投产后,计划采用该工艺生产 2.0mm 以下超薄热轧带钢,目前国内本钢等多条 CSP 薄板坯生产线均已具备铁素体区轧制能力。、对 30 多家国外钢铁企业的表明:作为最终使用的厚度大于2mm 的热轧带钢的需求量正在下降,1995 年为 48%,2005 年将下降至 42%,而厚度小于 2mm 的热轧薄带需求量日益增加,从正在进行和准备进行的深线和冷轧机组方面的投资也可看出这种趋势。2005 年,厚 0.8mm1.2mm 热轧薄带需求量增加将大于1%,厚1.2mm2.0mm 热轧薄带需求量增加将大于7%。到2007年,全世界超薄热轧带

13、钢的市场需求将超过 1.9×107t。就国内市场而言,1998 年共消耗热轧薄板 2.9×107t,为填补国内板带材的供需缺口,1998 年进口热轧薄板约 7.8×106t,占当年钢材进口总量的 64.1%。可见,国内热轧薄板的市场空间巨大,特别是对 2.0mm 以下超薄热轧带钢的需求尤其旺盛。热轧板宽带钢以深冲钢板、耐腐蚀高强度热轧钢板、成型性优异的高强及超高强钢板、超宽幅汽车钢板、热镀锌钢板、超细晶高强度钢板为发展目标。由于将采用无头轧制技术、薄板坯连铸连轧工艺、冷却技术等轧制工艺生产热轧薄带钢,因此可以较好地热轧带钢的组织和性能。在冷却技术方面,以温度模型为

14、基础,采用细分的冷却箱和缓慢冷却装置,开发高精度的冷却系统,对钢材的组织和性能进行。从超薄热轧带钢的市场需求和生产现状可看出“以热”的钢铁市场决定了超薄热轧带钢生产总体趋势是供不应求,同时也表明了超薄热轧带钢将成为热轧宽带钢的另一个发展方向。可以预见,采用无头轧制和低温轧制工艺将是薄板坯连铸直接轧制生产超薄带钢的主要发展方向。4ABSTRACTABSTRACTThe strip steel plate is one of main variety products, widely used in industry,agriculture, transportation and construc
