1、以相分離法製備混合阿拉伯膠和明膠包覆樟腦油之微膠囊及其緩效性之探討林逸瑋 余錦智 張志鵬中國文化大學紡織工程學系摘要 本研究以混合阿拉伯膠和明膠做作為殼材,樟腦油為核芯材,採用複合相分離法來製備微膠囊。固定殼材量下,改變芯材量,尋找其最佳之包覆率。且改變乳化轉速、交鏈劑濃度及交鏈時間,探討粒徑的分佈及制放效果的變化。結果顯示固定殼材量3% 在40ml下,芯材量為30ml時存在最佳之包覆率可達99.6%。而隨著轉速增加的同時,制放速度也有隨之變快的趨勢。經制放極限時間之分析結果,於轉速1000rpm時,由制放時間估算可達4.1hr,較無微膠囊包覆之核芯材緩釋1.3倍。另外交鏈劑濃度越高

The parameters of optimal oil content, concentration of crosslinking agent, treated time, stirring speed etc. were investigated. The resul

4、ts indicated that the optimal of oil content was 99.6% at condition of 3% wall material 40ml, camphor oil 30ml. The effect of release speed increased and particle size decreased with increasing the stirring speed. The particle size was 294.7 ± 14.2, 267.2 ± 11.2, 225.7 ± 8.7µm at

5、 stirring speed of 500, 700, 1000rpm, respectively. The limit time of release was obtained by a linear regression method. The limit time was 4.1hr under 1000rpm, and compared with pure oil without encapsulated with wall material, the limit time can up to 130%. The concentration of crosslinking agent and treated time also can increased the effect of release properties. The limit times were 11.9hr and 11.7hr under condition of 25%, 5min and 10%, 60min, respectively.Key
