Could you tell me where I can exchange money?总结：总结： 1. 如果宾语从句是陈述句，其引导词要用that, that本身无 意义，可以省略。2. 如果宾语从句由一般疑问句充当时，用连词whether或if

3、引导。意为“是否”。 3. 如果宾语从句是特殊疑问句，其引导词就用原来的疑问词即可。需要注意的是这些引导词充当从句的一个成分，故不能省略。在下列情形下之用whether不用if 1.从句在前，主句在后，只能用whether,不能用if.如： Whether its sunny or not, well have to go to the country tomorrow. 2.介词后的宾语从句用whether引导，不用if.
