2、ractor employee safety attending orientation and specific training before they come into BTSS construction site.为保证进入BTSS 施工现场的所有BTSS 和承包商员工得到基础安全培训和其他特殊培训，特制定本程序。2.0 SCOPEThis procedure applies to all BTSS and contractor employees.本程序适用于所有BTSS 和承包商员工。3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES3.1 The BTSS Project Manager

3、 has overall responsibility for ensuring all employees compliance with this procedure BTSS项目经理负责确保所有的员工遵守此程序.3.2 The BTSS Safety Manager are responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of activities associated with this procedure. BTSS安全经理负责实施培训和监测和本程序有关的的要求。.3.3 It is the respons

4、ibility of all managers and supervisory personnel to enforce this procedure and of each employee to follow it所有的经理和主管保证每一个员工都遵守此程序.4.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 基本要求Employees shall be trained to safely perform assigned job duties. Safety training sessions shall be conducted to provide employees with both

5、 job task knowledge and hands-on skills.员工在从事工作之前必须接受如何安全工作的培训。Employee training and information programs required by BTSS, shall be provided for all employees prior to the employee's initial assignment to a project or a specific job task requiring this training. 在员工进行工作之前，BTSS所要求的培训都应当被提供给所有的员工

6、 。5.0 IMPLEMENTATION实施5.1 Initial Employee Orientation员工基础培训5.2.1 All project employees shall receive a safety orientation prior to the start of any project work activities.所有的员工在工作之前必须接受安全基础培训.5.2.2 If individual project has specific safety training requirement, the project safety personnel should

7、inform the badge making department 。After the employee finishing all training, he can get the badge and begin to work on the construction site. 如果各个项目还有特定的培训要求，各个项目的安全人员必须将该要求告之胸卡制作部门。等员工参加完所有的培训后，该员工才可以拿到胸卡进入现场工作。5.2.3 The safety orientation session shall be performed by a qualified personnel.安全基础培

8、训应当有合格的人员来提供。5.2.4 As a minimum, initial employee orientation shall consist of the items listed below:安全基础培训应当包括以下内容：· Identification of hazards associated with the individual's job function and responsibilities.和工作和职责相关的危险的确定· Specific safety procedural instruction needed to perform h

9、is or her required job function or task.和工作相关的安全程序和指导 5.2.5 Other ongoing safety training for specific job functions shall be conducted on an "as-needed" basis. Such training may be performed by the Job Site Safety engineer or by the employee's immediate Foreman.其他和特定工作相关的安全培训安全程序根据需要而

10、定。这些培训将由现场安全工程师和工长来完成。5.3 Daily Safety Meetings/Toolbox Talks 每天的安全会议/工具箱会议5.3.1 "Toolbox Talk" training sessions shall cover various and timely topics as furnished by the Contractor Site Safety personnel and conducted by the immediate supervisors工具箱会议应该覆盖所涉及到的不同的安全话题。内容由承包商安全人员提供，由工长来召开工具

11、箱会议。 5.3.2 Toolbox Talk training sessions shall be conducted on a weekly basis by the employee's immediate foreman工长每天举行一次工具箱会议。5.3.3 The purpose of these Toolbox Talks is to allow the project employees an opportunity to maintain a high degree of safety awareness through timely safety education.

12、 This training shall be used to discuss specific safety topics and obtain employee feedback.召开工具箱的目的是让所有的工人接受安全培训后能够有一个很好的安全意识。培训时应当讨论特定的安全内容并获得员工的反馈。5.3.4 The Contractor Site Safety personnel shall periodically monitor safety meetings to assure that subject matter is properly presented.承包商安全人员应当定期参

13、加会议从而确保安全内容被充分的交流给员工.5.3.5 Topics to be discussed shall include safety hazards noted during the week and explanation of job safety procedures unique to the project.讨论的话题可以包括一周中出现的危险情况和工作安全程序的解释。5.3.6 Other items open for discussion may include, but are not limited to其他可以进行的讨论的话题可以包括但不限于以下内容:· U

14、se of employee personal protective equipment PPE使用方法 · Project safety rules 安全规定· Employee accidents due to specific repeated problems由于重复的问题造成员工受伤5.4 Attendance Documentation 记录Records of attendance to all employee safety orientation and training provided as part of this procedure shall be documented on the training attendance record.将所有的参加各种培训的记录保存好。6 EXHIBITSThe following Safety Training Attendance Record (Exhibit A) shall be used for documenting activities associated with this procedure. 下列的安全培训出席记录表用来记录参加培训的人员名单 AP
