Preferentialpolicies(B) preferentialpoliciesonlandacquisitionThenewprojectsintheabove-mentionedfourcategoriesinourcounty,basedonlandcostsafterthefront-endawardsprinciple,enjoythefollowingpreferentialpolicies:1, Landacquisitioncost

33、pproval,ifanyoneentersasignificantlybadimpactontheprimaryresponsibilityfortheunitsandthetownship,itisnecessarytoimplementone-votevetotoabolishtheannualexcellence-assessingqualifications,andtheleadersinchargearetoblameandresign.TheCountyleadinggroupofficeofopening-upprojectstracking,coordinating,supe

34、rvising,ensuresthesmoothentryofconstructionprojects.(D) Protectinvestorslegitimaterightsandinterestsaccordingtolawandmaintainthedominantpositionoftheenterprises.Crackdownoninterference,saboteursandthoroughlyinvestigateanddealwithenterprisesallcomplaintcases,maintaintheorderofbusiness.Theprojectswill

35、beruninaclosedway,andprotected.Nounitisallowedtoinspecttheenterprisesinadisorderlyway,collectarbitraryfeesandlevies,fines,andaskforarbitraryassistance,addingtotheburdenonenterprises.IV, Incentivestoattractforeigninvestment(A) ThescopeofincentivesTheunitsandindividualswhointroducetheprojectsforfundin

36、gandfinancialsupportforourcountyfromhigher-levelarerewarded;Theunitsandindividualswhogainahigherleveltargetoflandforourenterprisesarerewarded.(B) Awardcriteria1, Fortheintroductionofthefundsinvestedinbusinessesofmorethan50millionyuan(threemillionU.S.dollars)fromoutsidethecounty,accordingtotheactualc
