25、求的情况下方可开始放油。(三)、检修项目1、关于器身检查的规定：器身暴露在空气中的时间不超过 8小时。按充干燥空气放油方案进行时间的计算：从打开人孔盖开始计 算，到开始抽真空或注油为止。2、器身检查的主要项目和要求应符合下列规定：(1)器身各部位应无移动现象。(2)所有螺栓应紧固，并有防松动措施；绝缘螺栓应无损坏，防 松动绑扎完好。(3)铁芯外引接地的变压器，拆开接地线后铁芯对地绝缘应良好；(4)铁芯拉板及铁钝拉带应紧固，绝缘良好。(5)绕组、引线及磁屏蔽装置的检修绕组检查项目：绕组绝缘应 完整，无缺损、变位现象；各绕组应排列整齐，间隙均匀，油路无堵 塞；绕组的压钉应紧固。3、油箱的检修：消除

42、 充油套管的油标应清晰可见，油位正常，油质符合国标GB7665-87的规定；其末屏接地良好。（2） 冷却装置检修：21风扇电动机及叶片安装牢固，转动灵活无异常，转向正确。22 管路中的各个阀门应操作灵活，开闭位置正确，法兰联接无渗漏。5、安全保护装置的检修（ 1）放阀的检修：拆下压力释放阀，清扫护罩和导流罩，检查各部连接螺栓及压力弹簧；要求开启和关闭压力符合规定，微动开关动作正确，更换密封垫，信号电缆合格。（ 2） 气体继电器的检修：继电器密封符合要求，内部清洁无杂质；动作可靠，绝缘、流速校验合格。6、油保护装置的检修（ 1）净油器检修：更换吸附剂和胶垫，过滤网采用尼龙网；用合格的变压器油将净

43、油器内部和联管清洗干净。（ 2）储油柜检修：内部洁净无水迹，胶囊无老化开裂现象，密封良好，联管无堵塞。（ 3）油位计检修：传动齿轮无损坏，转动灵活，指针指示正确。限位报警装置动作正确，更换密封胶垫。（ 4）吸湿器检修：更换吸附剂，胶垫，吸湿器安装牢固。7、测温装置的检修测温装置应符合下列要求：(1)顶盖上的温度计座内应注入合格的变压器油，密封良好，无 渗漏；闲置的温度计座也应密封，不得进水。(2)膨胀式信号温度计的细金属软管不得有压扁或严重扭曲，其弯曲半径不得小于500mm8、操作控制箱的检修和试验清扫内部灰尘及杂物，检查开关和继电器的接点，测各回路电阻 应符合要求，更换密封垫，外部除锈刷漆。

44、9、全部密封胶垫的更换和组件试漏密封处理应符合下列要求：(1)、所有法兰连接处应用耐油密封垫密封； 密封垫必须无扭曲、 变形、裂纹和毛刺，密封垫应与法兰的尺寸相配合。(2)、法兰连接平面应平整、清洁；密封垫应擦拭干净，安装位置准确；橡胶密封垫的压缩量不易超过其厚度的 1/3。10、根据现场具体情况进行处缺11、变压器油漆的处理：油箱、冷却器及其附件表面除锈补漆， 重新喷漆，油漆性能符合有关规定的要求(四)、大修后试验大修后的试验项目：(1)测量绕组的绝缘电阻和吸收比或极化指数，介质损耗；(2)测量绕组连同套管的泄漏电流；(3)冷却装置的检查和试验；(4)本体和套管中的变压器油试验；(5)测量绕
