4、rt suppliers and fabricators for dryer components.本标准 DMS 覆盖制造各方面内容如下:The DMS covers all general aspects of fabrication as follows: A、材料准备Material preparationB、对接准备与清理Joint preparation and cleaningC、装配技术Assembly technique D、焊接工艺与顺序Welding process and sequenceE、抛光技术Polishing techniqueF、清洁技术Cleaning t
5、echniqueG、准备与包装Preparation and packagingH、运输要求与批准Shipping requirements and approval本标准如下内容必须结合 AWS 或 CWB 标准阅读,包括与订单相关的附属文件。他们只能被工程图纸上的具体说明文件取代。如果不能遵照要求的规定和标准将要求供应商或制造商进行全面的质量审计。The manufacturing standards identified below must be read in conjunction with AWS or CWB standard, including all pertinent
6、documents relating to the formal Purchase Order. They can be superseded only by specific instructions documented on engineering drawings. Failure to adhere to the required specification and standard will result in a full quality audit performed at the premises of the supplier or fabricator.合适的干燥机制造标

11、with 50% profile remaining)2、总体要求GENERAL REQUIREMENTS1、 所有供应商必须有材料合格证及工厂测试报告。All suppliers must have all material certificates of compliances and mill tests available.2、 所有供应商都必须有 AWS,CWB 或 ASME 认证。All suppliers must be certified by AWS,CWB, or ASME.3、 随时检查所有焊接工人及他们的焊接证件。All welders and their weldin
12、g certifications will be readily available for examination.4、 所有的制造完全根据最新版的图纸。All fabrication will be completed to the latest drawing(s) revision.5、 订单附件只认为是临时版本。A purchase Order supplement will be considered as a temporary revision only.6、 Dedert 保留提前 24 小时通知检查的权力。Dedert reserves the right to perfo
13、rm inspection visits with 24-hour notice.7、 提前 10 个工作日提出检查要求并提交给 Dedert。An advance inspection notice of ten(10) working days is required and is to be submitted to the Dedert Inspection Department.2.1、总体制造要求 General Fabrication Requirement:A、 所有工作点及中心线都须永久打印并用黄色标记清晰标注,以便目视辨识。All working points and ce
14、nterlines will be permanently stamped and clearly circled with “yellow paint marker” for visual identification.B、 所有装配均须点焊,且点焊距离不超过 2 英寸,错边量不超过板厚的 25%.(板厚小于 1/4 英寸时)All assembly will be tack-welded to a distance not exceeding 2” long, with a miss-match of the skins not to exceed 25% of the wall thic
15、kness up to 1/4” plate.C、 5/16 英寸厚度及以上的板,错边量不超过板厚的20%。For 5/16” plate and more, miss-match will not exceed 20% of wall thickness.D、 主要焊接从内部完成,交错焊长度不超过 6 英寸,并且对面交叉。(见图 K)Primary weld will be accomplished from the inside with a stagger sequence not exceeding 6” long, and opposite to the last weld appl
16、ication.(See Figure “K”)E、 外部点焊必须打磨见到金属亮面,除去主要焊接时引起的污染及结晶。Outside tack-weld, sequence will be back-grinded to sound metal to remove all contamination and crystallization caused by primary weld application.F、 从外面完成的交叉二次焊长度不超过 6 英寸,并且对面交叉。(见图 K)Secondary weld will be accomplished from the outside with
17、 a stagger sequence not exceeding 6” long, and opposite to the last weld application.(See Figure “K”)G、 所有焊道处理决定于干燥机制造标准。All weld finishes will be determined by the DMS selection.H、 所有焊接必须遵循健全和完善的标准,无空隙,无侧壁融合,夹渣,污染,结晶,咬边,飞溅及变色。All welding applications must be of sound and structural criteria, free f

21、 any welding applications.B、在最终尺寸形成之前,所有的圆法兰和方法兰都必须和其指定的标准模版装配并焊接。All squares and round flanges must be assembled and welded with their specific bolting patterns, prior to final overall dimension set-up.C、所有设备从外面点焊然后从内部焊接以避免内部焊道的不规则。All equipment will be tack-welded from the outside and then welded
22、from the inside to avoid irregularity of the inside weld profile.D、所有设备的一端预整体尺寸允许有多余的材料,但此材料需要“真角”加工处理,即最终打磨成 90直角。(见图“A”和“B”)Extra material will be allowed on the pre-overall dimension to one end of all equipment that requires a “true corner” finish, which will permit the establishment at final gri
23、nding of a 900 true corner. 27、reparations, see Figures “E”,“F”,“G”,“H”“I”“J”and“K”。4、焊接工艺WELDING PROCEDURES说明 Notes:所有焊接边缘及接头在焊接前均做到无油,无脂,无漆,无异物及机械工具印记。All welded edges and joints will be free of oil, grease, paint, foreign material and mechanical forming tool marks, prior to any welding applications.所有焊缝成形高度不超过其壁厚的 50%。NoNo wel
28、d profiles should exceed 50% of their wall thickness.所有焊接必须遵循健全和完善的标准,等于或高于其母材材料,无空隙,无侧壁融合,夹渣,污染,结晶,咬边,飞溅,引弧及变色。All welding applications must be of sound and structural criteria , equal to or above the parent material, and free of porosity, lack of sidewall fusion, inclusion, contamination, crystall
29、ization, undercut, spatter, arc strike , and discoloration.为防止变形,图“J”和“K”所示交叉焊不能超过6 英寸。12 英寸的交叉焊适用于板厚 5/16 英寸及更厚的板。The stagger sequence shown on Figures “J” and “K” should not exceed 6”per section to avoid distortion. Stagger sequence of 12” will apply for 5/16 wall thickness and more.所有环绕角处的焊接必须是 1

A stainless steel wire brush application will be applied to remove all foreign debris, and then a Cap-off pass will be performed to reach a 1/16” minimum surface profile. No crystallizat

An acceptable alternative for outside weld application would be GMAW. Special care should be taken to avoid burn through. No crystallization (

37、edure or SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) 5、清理工艺 CLEANING PROCEDURE 5.1 不涂漆设备 Non-Painted Equipment 1、用合适推荐的无污染不锈钢刷机械清理所有不锈钢表面。 All stainless steel surface finishes to be mechanically brushed with proper recommended uncontaminated stainless steel brush. 2、钝化仅适用于订单和图纸有要求的设备。 Passivation will be applicable
38、 only by purchase order or drawing requirement. 说明:所有中心线和工作点周围的黄色标记必须保留以便观察或清理后重涂。 Note: Indications in yellow paint marker surrounding all centerlines and working points must remain visible or be reproduced after cleaning process. 5.2 涂漆设备 Painted Equipment 说明:在涂漆前,所有碳钢 2 英寸6 英寸间断焊必须用耐 250 华氏度的胶嵌缝。
39、 Note: All carbon steel stiffeners with a 2”-6” stitch-weld sequence, will be caulked between stitches with a 2500F heat resistant caulking, before painting application. 1、外表面用手或机械清洗(SSPC-SP-2 和 3)去除油污,脂,灰尘,脏物及其他污染物。Outside surface preparation will be hand or mechanically cleaned(SSPC-SP-2 and 3) to
40、 remove all oil, grease, rust, dirt, and all other contaminants from the surface.2、一层干后 2.5mills 厚的(千分之一英寸)STEEL IT 聚氨酯系醇酸底漆 #2203。One(1) coat of STEELIT polyurethane system alkyd primer # 2203 to a (2.5 dry mills). 和 AND3、一层干后 2 mills 厚的(千分之一英寸)STEEL IT 聚氨酯面漆 #1002。One(1) coat of STEELIT POLYURETHANE FINISH # 1002 TO A (2.0 DRY MILL MINIMUM).4、所有内部低碳钢表面涂一层亚麻籽油。(炖两遍)
