14、、编制依据本工程半模护壁施工方案依据设计施工图GS02-04，建筑桩基技术规范JGJ94-94、地基与基础工程施工质量验收规范GB50202-2002、湖南大地岩土工程公司勘察设计有限公司详细勘察报告以及以往人工挖孔桩桩基施工经验编制。 二、半模护壁施工的成因工程基础设计采用人工挖孔灌注桩，设计桩长>6m。本建设场地由岩石土工程详细勘察报告表明，本工程人工挖孔桩深度大部份桩深在10-13米左右，有少部份桩深度将超过20米以上。在桩孔开挖过程中发现存在以下情况;（1）、由于今年雨水较多，雨量较大，造成地下水位特别丰富，地下水位升高。（2）、残积黏土层挖松遇水后即成淤泥，且出现流泥、流砂等不

15、利地质现象。（3）、本工程设计桩径不大（800-1200mm)，超深桩孔施工按正常护壁危险性较大且难以进行。 根据以上施工现场实际情况及桩基础施工特性，为保证人工挖孔桩施工人员人身安全，我项目部对部分桩孔开挖进行了半模护壁施工。三、施工准备1、技术准备（1）、根据地勘报告，熟悉水文地质资料，结合施工现场实际地质条件做到心中有数。（2）、对半模施工及其安全进行技术交底（班组交底）。2、现场准备（1）、按施工平面图，搭设临时设施：工棚、宿舍、配电房、仓库等。（2）、建筑机械及工具：空压机(型号W-2.8/5功率17.5KW)、电动绞车三角架手绞车、手推车或翻斗车，半模钢模（每节高度为500mm)、

16、手铲、线坠、吊桶，串管，振动棒，粗麻绳、钢丝绳、安全活动盖板，防水照明灯（低压36V、100W）电焊机通风机及供氧设备，水泵，木辘轳、活动爬梯，安全帽，安全带缛并对它们进行使用性能、安全性能预先检查。3、材料准备（1）、水泥、中砂、石子（5-31.5mm的卵石、水、外加剂，如早强剂等）。（2）、钢筋：钢筋的级别，直径必须符合设计要求，有出厂证明书及检测报告。4、降水通风送气准备由于地下水较大，应从施工顺序考虑，对周围桩孔同时抽水，以减少开挖孔内的涌水量，并采取交替循环施工的方法，以便达到快速降水的效果。在半模护壁施工中，由于桩孔较深加之桩径不大，在桩孔下挖时必须确保桩内空气流通和氧气的充足供应

17、，应经常检查桩孔内有无毒害气体和缺氧现象，桩孔开挖深度超过10m时，应有专门向井下送风设备，风量不宜小于25C/S。四、施工方法1、挖孔方法土质较为软弱时用锄锹掘进，遇土质坚硬时改用风镐掘进，挖土次序为先挖中间部分，再挖周边，允许尺寸误差为2cm，扩底部分采取先挖桩身圆柱体，再按扩底尺寸从上到下削土修成扩底形，弃土装入扩底吊桶内，垂直运输用人工绞架提升至井口边1.5m以外。2、护壁施工桩护壁的混凝土强度等级为C30，半模施工时上一节挖深约500mm，安装护壁钢模板，人工搅拌砼、人工振捣浇灌混凝土护壁。往下施工时以每一节作为一个施工循环。为保证护壁安全，护壁均应按图中要求配筋。为确保砼强度，可根

18、据实际情况通过实验的方法对护壁砼添加外加剂，确保桩孔开挖顺利进行。为便于井内组织排水，在透水层区段的护壁预留池水孔，并在浇灌前予以堵塞。为保证桩的垂直度，要求每浇灌完三节护壁，须校核桩中以位置及垂直度。混凝土强度达1Mpa即可拆模。 3、挖孔注意事项：相邻桩扩大头尽距小于1.5D时，应避免同时开挖。必须采取跳挖孔的方法，以避免由于水的渗透而造成垮井现象发生。桩孔开挖时应有效组织排水遇到流泥流砂时应立即停止施工，便快速采取有效措施防止安全事故发生。桩孔的挖掘深度应由勘察、设计人员根据现场实际情况决定，对于半模护壁的桩超深，不能只按设计图纸提供的桩长参考数据终止挖掘。挖到持力层时经地勘等质量检测部

19、门确认后方可扩底。扩底时，为防止扩大头处坍方，可采取间隔扩底挖土措施，留一部分土方作支持，待灌注砼前再挖除。五、质量要求（一）保证项目1.凡进入现场的原材料必须符合设计要求和施工规范规定，并且应遵循先送检合格后才能使用的原则。2.施工中必须对每一个桩做好隐蔽记录，持力层必须经桩基础原位测试达到设计要求，勘察、设计、监理、业主四方现场验收后方能浇注砼。砼试压块严格按规范要求一桩留置一组，并及时送检。（二）基本项目桩径大小等挖孔桩的施工容许偏差如下表：桩心直径D+50mm -50mm钢筋笼(主筋)保护层±10mm垂直度偏差0.5%孔底沉碴容许厚度0桩成孔中心位移50mm（三）排水措施要求为使井内渗水及时排出，避免回流，经项目部商议决定，本半模施工排水措施如下： （1）少量渗水可在桩孔内挖小集水坑，随挖土随用吊桶，将泥水一起吊出；（2）大量渗水，可在桩孔内先挖较深集水井，设单相污水泵将地下水排出桩孔外，随挖土随加深集水井；（3）涌水量很大时，如桩较密集，可将一桩超前开挖使附近地下水汇集于此桩孔内，用1-2台三相电动离心污水泵将地下水抽出，起到深井降水的作用，将附近桩孔地下水位降低；（4）渗水量较大，井底地下水难以排干时，底部泥渣可用压缩空气清孔方法清孔。六、安全注意事项 （1）、成立以项目经理、专职安全员、施工员
