1、使使用用说说明明1.1. 计计算算表表中中的的数数据据格格式式与与分分类类2.2. 各各工工作作表表适适用用范范围围1、采用共用立管的住宅采暖系统表1(户内双管):适用于采用热塑性管材或铝塑复合管的住宅等户内双管系统;(计算至户内管道与共用立管连接处)。本工作表可根据系统工作压力、供水温度确定塑料管材使用等级,结合管材类型,确定管系列S值。管材的内径可自动搜索获得。散热器数量见采暖联合计算表。表2(户内单管):适用于采用热塑性管材或铝塑复合管的住宅等户内单管系统;(计算至户内管道与共用立管连接处)。本工作表可根据系统工作压力、供水温度确定塑料管材使用等级,结合管材类型,确定管系列S值。管材的壁
2、厚可自动搜索获得。表格最右方提供了四种类型散热器选型。用户确定散热器类型、系列、型号后,散热器高度、片数、长度等参数即可自动获得。表3(共用立管):适用于采用钢管的住宅等采暖系统的共用立管;(各立管底层以上管道计算)表4(室内干管):适用于采用钢管的住宅等采暖系统的室内干管;(由各立管最底层计算至建筑热力入口与室外干线连接处)2、一般垂直双管采暖系统表5(垂直双管立管):适用于采用钢管的一般垂直双管系统的室内立管;(各立管底层以上管道计算)表6(垂直双管干管):适用于采用钢管的一般垂直双管系统的室内干管;(由各立管最底层散热器计算至建筑热力入口与室外干线连接处)3、一般垂直单管采暖系统表7(竖
3、向单管):适用于采用钢管的一般垂直单管系统;包括立管及干管,计算至建筑热力入口与室外干线连接处。表格最右方提供了四种类型散热器选型。用户确定散热器类型、系列、型号后,散热器高度、片数、长度等参数即可自动获得。(为提高计算速度,本表管道摩擦阻力系数采用阿里特苏里公式。)4、室外供热管道表8(外线):适用于采用钢管的室外供热管道。5、水泵扬程计算表9(水泵扬程计算):根据表1-8计算结果填入相应数值后,可计算采暖系统循环泵扬程。3.3. 设设计计说说明明1、住宅等水平双管系统 1) 一般最远端散热器支路为该户最不利环路。 2) 考虑各散热器支路平衡和埋地非金属管道尽量减少接头,户内管道可不变径。2
4、、 竖向双管系统 1)底层散热器支路为该立管的最不利环路。 2)如各立管最底层散热器中心高度不同,各立管阻力计算应考虑重力水头: (1) 首先确定基准散热器(例如首层),该层距离基准散热器的高差h为0; (2) 以上层散热器距离基准散热器的高差h填正值; (3) 以下层散热器距离基准散热器的高差h填负值。 3)1根立管各层散热器支环路距离基准散热器的高差h值填法同上。3、双管系统散热器温控阀阻力 计算表中局部阻力系数和不包括温控阀的局部阻力系数,温控阀局部阻力根据流量系数单独列项计算,流量系数应由设计人根据生产厂家样本填入温控阀在N位时流量系数Kv值。4、住宅户内单管系统 1)应每组散热器安装
5、跨越管,采用低阻两通或三通温控阀,温控阀流量系数均应采用N位时Kv值。计算时根据每组散热器支路与所并联的跨越管支路的阻力特性系数,按照1.6节公式计算各支路的管道流量,每组散热器的温降,各管段阻力。 2)在选择管径及阀件时,为减少散热器片数,应在满足管路水力平衡的基础上尽量加大散热器分流系数。数据格式 数据分类 100 用户应填入的数据 15 推荐数据,用户可修改 3 引用其他单元格的数据 45 中间计算结果 6 60 0 常用计算结果 5、竖向单管系统 1) 一般最远端立管环路为系统最不利环路。 2) 进行各立管阻力计算时,应按照2.3.1条的原则和方法计算和选择管径。因单管系统中立管阻力所
6、占比例较大,应尽量通过调整管径,使同一干线上各并联环路之间的压力损失相对差额不大于15。4.4. 计计算算表表使使用用说说明明1、表中字体为蓝色的格表示其中数据使用者可以根据实际情况修改,其中管道局部阻力系数根据院技术措施填写,计算人可自行增加局部阻力种类,需修改“阻力系数和”项计算公式,温控阀Kvs值可根据生产厂家样本修改。2、计算、参数宏表为计算使用的参数或编制的计算函数,如无特殊需要一般不要改动。3、过滤器、热计量表等阻力根据生产厂提供的数据输入。4、实际工程中管道分支情况与示例计算表不同时,计算人应修改各并联环路“不平衡率”项计算公式。5、实际使用时,根据系统形式,参考计算图示,选择要
