2、of the S-600 water and steam device.本手册适用于 S-600 水汽取样装置在现场的启动、停运和日常操作This manual is suitable for field startup, stoppage and routine work of theS-600 water and steam device.2.1.2装置启动前操作2 The operation before startup2.1降温架3.2.1Cooling frame5.1.1所有高压阀门应处于关闭状态。5.2.1 All the high pressure valves need to

3、 be close.5.2.2所有各连接接头、紧固件不应有松动、脱落现象。5.1.2 All conjunctions and fasteners shouldn t be loosen and be falloff.5.1.3恒压装置压力调节螺母旋至中位，出口调节阀处于关断状态。5.2.3 Put the pressure adjusting nut of constant pressure device at median, andclose the outer adjusting valves.5.2.4打开冷却水进出口母管总阀，冷却水进口母管的压力应大于0.2MPa。25.1.4 Op

8、xactitude.3 装置启动2.1.3.Device startup2.1.3降温架Cooling frame依次开启冷却器的进出口球阀。Open the in-and out ball valves of cooling devices one by one in order.返冲过滤器置于“运行”状态。The recoiling filter is on running.逐路开启装置样水进口一次门和二次门(全开) ，打开排污门到最大开 度，对各路样水逐路进行排污。Openthe first inner door of sampling water device, and then th

9、e second one(full), and open the blow-off door largest for draining.4排污结束，关闭排污门。Turn off the blow-off doors after draining.打开恒压装置出口关断阀Open stopped valves of constant pressure devices.人工取样盘2.1.3Artificial sampling boards2.2.3开启人工取样盘样水门。Open the door of artificial sampling boards.调出人工取样流量。2.2.3 Analyz

10、e the flow rate of artificial sampling.2.1.3仪表盘Dash boards取出各仪表样水过滤器滤芯。Get out filter elements of each sampling water meter.从各发送器内取出电极。Take out the poles from each transmitter.开启仪表盘上各入口节流阀，对仪表样水管路进行冲洗，时间 1 分钟。 冲洗结束后，重新安装好样水过滤器滤芯和发送器电极。Openthe inlet throttles of dash boards and wash pipes by 1 minute

11、, then fullinstall them.全开恒压装置出口调节阀根据每路样水所配仪表的数量，调节恒压装 置调节5螺母，使样水总流量符合要求。According to the quantity of sampling water meter, full open the outeradjusting valves of constant pressure devices, while as to adjust the nuts formeeting the request.注：人工调节流量为500ml/min , DD PH 表均为 300ml/min , O2表500ml/min ， 其

14、nner first door and second door of cooling frame.关闭仪表盘节流阀。4.2 Close the throttle of dash boards.4.3 关闭温控电源、仪表电源、恒温装置电源。Close the power of temperature controlling, meter and constant devices.关闭装置的冷却水源。Close the cooling headwater of devices.5 装置运行注意事项5. Matters needing attention5.1 高压阀high pressure va

15、lves高压阀门必须处于全开状态或全关状态，禁止用作节流。The high pressure valves should to be full open or full closed, and which isforbidden for cutting flow.打开或关闭高压阀时，必须使用专用工具扭力扳手，按高压阀操作指 南要求的扭力矩进行操作。5.1.2It should use special tension wrench when open and close the high pressurevalves and according to the operation manual o

16、f high pressure valves.筒形冷却器5.2 Tube-shaped cooler5.2.1冷却器冷却水进出口球阀必须全开。7The inner and outer ball valves of cooling water of cooling devices should be open.5.3 高压过滤器high pressure filters正常取样Sampling正常运行时高压过滤器手轮处于水平“运行”状态The high pressure filters are running when it on error-free running period.返冲清洗Re

17、coiling wash返冲清洗规定时间为每 15 天一次。返冲清洗前，先打开排污阀， 1 分钟 后，逆时针 90旋转高压过滤器手轮，使手轮处于垂直“返冲”状态，返冲 清洗时间 15秒。冲洗结束后， 旋转手轮处于水平“运行” 状态，关闭排污阀。Recoil washing should be done in each 15 days. Open the blow-off valvesbefore washing, then get the hand wheel of high pressure filter counterclockwiserotation 90after 1 minute,

Then the rotary hand wheel should be on running andclose the blow-off valves after finishing. 注：在机组启动初期，不准进行返冲清洗。PS: It can not to recoiling wash at the beginning of start-up高压排污5.4 high-pressure draining 冲管排污规定时间为每周一次。排污时，先关闭恒压装置出口调节阀， 再打开高压排污阀，进行正常

19、排污，时间 1 分钟，排污结束后，关8闭高压排 污门，打开恒压装置出口调节阀。Washing pipes drain in each one week. Close the outer adjusting valves ofconstant pressure devices and then open high pressure blow-off valves beforedraining, and hold on 1 minute. Close highpressure blow-off door and open the outer adjusting valves of constant

20、 pressuredevices when it is finished.注：必须逐路排污，严禁同时多路排污。PS: It must be drained one by one.5.5 压力、流量的调节adjusting of pressure and flow压力、流量调节Adjusting of pressure and flow缓慢调节恒压装置调节螺母，使压力在0.25Mpa 至 0.38Mpa 之间。根据每路样水所配仪表的数量，使样水总流量符合要求。在压力、流量均允许范围内 调定。Adjust the adjusting nuts of constant devices slowly,

21、 and be sure the pressure isbetween 0.25Mp to 0.38Mpa. To makesure the total sampling water flow rate ismeet the requirement according to the quantity of sampling water meter, and adjustthem under the suitable range of pressure and flow rate.注：人工取样 500ml/min ; DD PH 表均为 300ml/min ; O2表 500ml/min ; 其

22、 它表计 150ml/min 。总流量为上述流量和的 1 至 1.2 倍。PS: the flow rate of manpower is 500ml/min; DD, PH are 300ml/min; O29meter is 500ml/min; other meters are 150ml/min. The total discharge is anabove-mentioned discharge with of 100%-120%.流量偏小时采取的措施The measures of the flow small than normal对高压过滤器进行返冲排污，清除滤芯过滤孔中杂质，增

23、加通流量。Drain the high filter and clean the impurity of filter element for adding through-flowrate.缓慢调节恒压装置调节螺母。Adjust the adjusting nuts of constant devices slowly.日常调节Normal adjusting按 4.1 要求每周调节一次。According to 4.1 says once a week.保护功能检查5.6 check the protecting system 恒压装置具有自锁保护功能，即恒压装置后端保护装置因某种原因动作 保护后，恒压装置因样水系统压力升高而自动锁闭样水通道，故每星期要定 期进行一次冷却水断水或样水超温保护试验，以便检查保护装置的可靠性及 恒压装置的自锁功能。The constant pressure device had protecting function of self-locking, whichnamely constant pressure de
