7、caus ing loss to theother party, the amount of damages payable shall be equivale nt to the other party loss result ing fromthe breach, provided that the amount shall not exceed the likely loss result ing from the breach whichwas foreseen or should have been foreseen by the breaching party at the tim

8、e of con clusi on of the contract;5.2 The failure of parties to comply with any obligati on un der this Con tract because of an act of war,fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities or for any reason beyond the reas on able con trol shall not be deemed a breac
