When Genghis Khan(成吉思汗) was elected as the Mongol Khan(蒙古大汗), in order to review his troops(检阅部队), protect and distribute the grassland, he would hold a big party between July and August each year. He gathered leaders from diff

3、erent tribes, prayed for the friendship and harvest and held the Nadam. The Nadam congress is held every year in July or August at harvest time. The congress lasts seven days generally. The herdsmen always take many things with them, including the kumiss(奶酒), milk food, milk tea, beef, mutton and th

It is the combination of strength and collimation. People of all age can attend the competition but they have to bring their own horses, bows and arrows in any style snd length. There are three r
