空气输送斜槽说明书

1、一、概述：.Brief introduction空气斜槽是我国工业均化装置输送物的设备之一，它适应于输送各种干燥的粉状物料（如水泥工业中的水泥、生料）。由于空气斜槽在输送物料中没有转动的零件，它与同功用的胶带输送机、螺旋输送机相比具有磨损小、易维修、耗电少、用材省、无噪音、密封好、安全可靠。同时易于改变输送方向和多点喂、卸料的优点。因此近几年来被许多企业所采用。Air slide is an equipment of homongnizing device and conveying equipment which is widely used in all kinds of dry and

Working principle输送物料时由空气斜槽高端通过斜槽入料口喂入上壳体。压缩空气由专设的鼓风机吹入下壳体，并通过透气层均匀地分布在物料颗粒之间，使物料进行所谓的气体以改变物料的磨擦角使其形成流动状态，沿斜度下滑，通过出料溜子排出，达到输送的目的。When conveying material, feed upper sh

The installed slope is selected by the technology and range from 6%14%.四、技术性能：. Technical capacity1、输送物料1. Conveying material干燥粉状物料，允许表面水分在0.8%左右，否则将引起淤滞，甚至堵塞。The allowable moistur

11、y of material. 3、斜度3Slope斜槽斜度可在6%14%范围内变化，一般来说，被输送的物料表面水分大，应选取较大的斜度。在安装空间允许的情况下，采用较大的斜度是有利的。The ranged slope of air slide is from 6%14%. Usually, the moisture content of conveyed material is higher, selecting the bigger slope. When installing room is enough, it is available to use the bigger slope.4

12、、风量.Volume风量受物料状态、斜槽斜度、透气层情况等因素影响，可在1.53（立方米/分钟，平方米透气层）之间变动，一般情况下可按2（立方米/分钟，透气层）考虑。 The volume is effect on material condition, slope of air slide and ventilated layer. It can varied from 1.5 to 3m3/min, square meters ventilated layer. Usually consider the ventilated layer according to 2m3/min.5、风压5

13、. Wind pressure斜槽风压一般在400600毫米水柱之间，大规格长度斜槽宜取偏大值。 Wind pressure of air slide is usually from 400 to 600mm water column. It is applied the bigger value of big specification and length of air slide.五、安装说明：. Installation description1、按照斜槽总图的尺寸将槽架放在基础上垫好，再将斜槽下壳体服贴地安放在槽架上，处理好法兰密封，拧紧连接螺栓，找正槽体中心线，将槽架与下壳体的侧隙

14、塞牢，进行基础二次灌浆。参照有关图纸要求，将进风口、排风管、入料非标段焊在有关斜槽的壳体上（焊接前应避免槽体变形、烧坏透气层）。拉紧透气层，根据螺栓的大小用烧红的铁枝在透气层上烫孔，安装上壳体及有关零部件，鼓风机的安装亦同时进行。1. Put tank frame on the foundation and fill up according to the size of general drawing for air slide. Then arrange bottom shell on the tank frame, handling sealing of flange, screwing

15、 down the connected bolt, checking the center line of tank body, strengthening side gap between tank frame and bottom shell, and grouting at the second time. According to the request of drawing, weld inlet, outlet pipe and non-standard part of inlet with the relative shell of air slide. (Before inst

16、allation, avoid of deforming tank body and burning ventilated layer). Punch in the ventilated layer with the burning iron pole as per the size of bolt and tight the ventilated layer. Install components of upper shell, at the same time install the blower. 2、应严格保证斜度，以上下槽体连接法兰为基准面对允差千分之一（积累误差应沿加大斜度方向）。

17、2. Guarantee the slope and the allowable error between the connected flange of upper and bottom flange is 1.(The accumulated error should be enlarged slope direction.)3、槽体横向不平度允差为宽度的五百分之一。3. The allowable error of horizontal un-plain for tank body is 5% of the width.4、安装透气层时应适当拉紧，周边应留有余地，接口部分应拼严，不得有

18、漏风现象。4. When installing ventilated layer, tight it and keep some room. It must be tight and no leakage.5、斜槽零部件的安装，要求严密，不得有漏风现象。现场安装时可根据具体情况采用石棉绳、毛毡垫、橡胶条等办法进行密封。5. When installing components of air slide, it must be sealing and no leakage. It may use asbestos wire, fillet mat and rubber to adjust the

19、 sealing according to the fact condition.6、对斜槽附件的安装应进行检查调整，使其操作灵活，关闭严密。 6. Check and adjust the installation of air slide attachments. It should nimble operation and tight sealing.六、操作注意事项：. Note for operation1、来料均匀，在多点同时更为重要，否则将引起堵塞。及时清除透气层中的沉积杂物。1. The charge should be even, especially important a

20、t multi-point. Otherwise it will be blocked and remove the sediment in ventilated layer immediately.2、使用时先开风机，后进料；停止使用时先停下料后停风机。长时间停车时应将透气层的物料清除干净，以免物料受潮附予透气层上，而影响风量通过。2. When operation, first start fan, then feed material. When stopping, first stop material, then stop fan. If it is stopped for a lo

21、ng time, remove material of ventilated layer, moisture material enclosing ventilated layer and effect on the wind volume.3、尽可能地保证斜槽送入清洁空气。空气过滤器应有一块作为备用，以便更换。3. Send clean atmosphere to air slide possibly. Keep some room of air filter for standby so that it may change them.4、经常注意三通槽、四通槽的闸板是否关闭严密。（闸板上

22、部可留空隙）。4. Note the flashboard of three-way tank and four-way tank whether it is close.(It may keep some clearance on the upper of flashboard.)5、新装的斜槽使用一段时间后对其斜度进行检查、较正。5. Check and correct the slope of air slide when it is newly installed for some time.6、加入料口处透气层磨损严重或有不畅通现象，应适当调整入料溜板的位置和大小。6. Adjust

23、 the position of inlet slide plate and the size, and check them whether there is abrasive or blocked serious. 7、透气层使用一段时间后，打开检查门盖进行观察，如损坏可进行局部修补或更换。7. After ventilated layer is used for a long time, open the inspected cover to watch it. If it is damaged, it should be repaired partially or change the

24、m.8、在斜槽使用中，如因某些因透气层下凹过甚，影响正常输送物料时，可在透气层下面托一层1毫米、10×10毫米孔的钢丝网。此时请注意上下壳体连接面的密封。8. When air slide is used for some time, ventilated layer is concave deeply, having effect on conveying material. It may use a layer of 1mm, 10×10mm steel wire mesh under the ventilated layer. Note the sealing of

25、connected face between upper and bottom shell.9、注意维护斜槽的排风收尘装置，使气化物料的空气畅通排出，否则上槽压力增加，会使输送量急剧降低甚至整个斜槽堵塞。9. 26、 completely.10、为科学地使用斜槽 ，使用部门可在斜槽上下壳体上加装压力计，便指示其静压。若上壳体余压过大应清理除尘器，检查是否有漏风现象。这样才能准确查出原因，排除故障。10. The used department should install manometer between upper and bottom shell of air slide to indicate static pressure for scientific application. If the rest pressure of upper shell is too large, remove du

27、st filter, check them whether there is leakage. Find out the reason and eliminate the trouble.11、为使斜槽能正常地工作，应逐渐摸索使用鼓风机控气阀。以免鼓入过量空气增加排风装置的负担，影响使用效果。11. Check control valve of blower step by step to guarantee air slide work. When excessive air is blown, it will increase the burden of blowing device and have effect on the usage.12、当有下列情况应加强对斜槽的管理。12. Note to manage air slide as follows:1）、运送未经松散的物料、结块夹渣的物料、纯熟料水泥、特种水泥、夹有少量钢球、钢锻碎渣等不易流通的物料，容易引起堵塞，应定期处理。1) Handle them frequently when conveying incompact material,
