2、用的设计软件和加工方法,培养学生的实践能力。3、5课程简介CAD/CAE/CAM技术是工业设计专业培养方案中一门重要的专业核心课程。它可使产品开发过程在统一的计算机平台上集成地、协同地进行产品设计、分析计算、数字化生产等工作,可大大提高产品开发效率,是实现现代制造业智能化、集成化、高效率、低成本、环境友好的重要数字化工具。教学内容与学时分配1计算机辅助设计概论(2学时)了解CAD/CAE/CAM技术的基本概况,常用软件功能和硬件设备。2二维参数化计算机辅助设计(8学时)熟悉二维CAD软件,掌握二维参数化图形的绘制方法、尺寸分析和标注;掌握不同产品图样(如工业产品、房屋建筑等)的绘制方法。重点:

3、参数化二维CAD软件的使用。难点:各类产品图样的绘制。3三维参数化计算机辅助设计(10学时)熟悉参数化三维CAD软件;掌握三维产品数字化模型的创建过程;掌握工程图样的生成方法;掌握不同类别产品的创建方式。重点:参数化三维CAD软件的使用。难点:各类产品图样的绘制。4计算机辅助工程分析(4学时)掌握计算机辅助工程分析的方法、原理和过程,能够进行简单产品的工程分析。重点:用计算机软件进行产品分析。难点:工程分析的理论和方法。5计算机二维辅助制造工程实践(4学时)了解二维产品加工设备(如激光切割机)的工作原理和工作流程,进行计算机二维辅助设计工程实践,重点:二维产品加工设备的工作原理和工作流程。难点

6、毕业要求有如下贡献:1.工程知识:掌握扎实的基础知识、专业基本原理、方法和手段,能够将自然科学、本专业基础知识和专业知识用于解决工程实际问题。2.问题分析:能够应用设计学、自然科学、本专业基本原理、方法、手段和现代产品设计制造方法,对产品设计和生产中的复杂问题进行分析,以获得有效结论。3.设计/开发解决方案:能够设计针对产品设计和生产中一般问题的解决方案,并能够在设计和生产方案环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。4.研究:能够基于科学原理并采用科学方法对产品设计和生产中的问题进行研究,包括设计方法、生产方式、生产环节等,并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。5.使用

7、现代工具:能够正确使用目前较为流行的设计、分析和制造工具,针对一般产品设计、分析和生产中的问题,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源、现代工程工具和信息技术工具,对对其进行绘图、仿真、预测与模拟,并能够理解其局限性。课程培养学生的能力(教学目标)完成课程后,学生将具备以下能力:(1)掌握CAD/CAE/CAM技术的基本原理和基本知识,培养学生发现问题、解决问题的基本能力。1、2(2)掌握参数化二维三维产品设计的基本知识,学生具有设计复杂数字化产品的初步能力。1、3、4(3)掌握常用的设计软件和加工方法,培养学生的实践能力。3、5课程简介CAD/CAE/CAM技术是工业设计专业培养方案中一门重要的专

It can make the product development process to be integrated and collaborative on a unified computer platform for product design, analysis and calculation, digital production, etc., and it can greatly impr
