2、计及艺术的基本原理并采用科学方法对产品设计复杂问题进行研究,包括设计实验、现象观察与分析、地域文化与艺术思潮,在信息采集与梳理的过程中形成合理有效的设计成果。6.设计与社会:能够基于产品设计相关背景知识进行合理分析,评价产品设计中复杂问题解决方案对社会、健康、安全、法律、文化、审美、生活品质的影响,并理解应承担的责任。7.环境和可持续发展:能够理解和评价针对产品设计问题的专业设计实践对环境、社会可持续发展的影响。课程培养学生的能力(教学目标)完成课程后,学生将具备以下能力:(1)掌握产品设计相关的常见产品材料的性能、加工、成型和表面处理技术;1、2(2)了解不同材料与加工工艺对环境及社会发展的

3、影响;6、7(3)在产品设计实践中能选择适当的材料和加工工艺。4课程简介产品设计学科是一门艺术与科学交叉融合与应用性强的学科,人类的需求与目的、材料的工艺、技术的原理、造型的审美形式等重要因素构成的一个完整的系统,不可分割,相关的材料与工艺知识是设计的重要基础。本课程通过理论讲课和实践联系相结合的课程教学,使学生能理解常见的工艺,材料的性质及其加工手段,合理应用材料知识解决设计问题,在产品设计中能选择适当的材料和加工工艺,运用材料的属性体现产品所需要具备的特征。教学内容与学时分配一、概述2学时二、金属材料及工艺6学时(一) 金属材料(二) 常见金属(三) 金属成型工艺(四) 金属表面工艺(五)

Problem analysis: Be able to use professional knowledge and theory of design, and to identif

Research: Be able to research the complicated problems of product design on the basis of design and art principle by scientific methods, including design experiment, observing and analyzing phenomenon, local culture and a

10、rt thinking; to form the reasonable and effective design fruit in the process of information collecting and sorting.6. Design and society: Be able to analyze properly on the basis of background knowledge of product design to estimate the influence of complicated problems solutions in the process of

Environment and sustainable development: Be able to know and estimate the influence for environment and social sustainable development due to professional design practi

Human demand and purpose, materials craft, s

14、kill principle and modeling beauty form contribute to a whole system which is undivided. The relevant materials and craft knowledge is the important foundation for design. Make the students understand the common crafts, materials property and processing skill by this course combining with theory and
