2、要目标,进行讨论式的案例教学,不要求学生死记硬背。2. 本课程强调实践,培养学生的自主能力,通过案例教学,使学生掌握产品经理决策所程序和方法;熟悉相关的工具、分析方法和思想。课程简介本课程是结合时代需要为工业设计专业新开设的一门专业课程。产品经理是产品管理领头人、协调员、鼓动者。互联网产品经理在互联网公司中处于核心位置,需要非常强的沟通能力,协调能力,市场洞察力和商业敏感度。不但要了解消费者,了解市场,还要能跟各种风格迥异的团队,如开发团队及销售团队进行默契的配合。教学内容与学时分配(一)产品经理的价值形成及发展趋势2学时 1、产品的内涵和外延; 2、产品经理的职能与作用; 3、蓝海战略与产品
3、的创新; 4、经营模型的分类及特点;5、著名产品经理的成功经验及启示;6、产品经理的趋势分析。(二)产品经理的六大工作职责 2学时 1、市场调查与分析; 2、产品定义设计与规划; 3、产品研发中的项目管理; 4、产品宣讲;5、市场推广协助;6、产品上市后的管理与迭代。(三)自我管理能力的提升方法 4学时1、提升情绪管理能力;2、提升时间管理能力,熟悉时间管理Todolist等软件;3、提升目标管理能力;4、提升知识管理能力;5、产品设计能力;6、专业技能;7、团队管理能力。(四)产品策划理论与实践2学时1、策划的概念与范畴;2、策划的性质与原则;3、策划与创意;4、策划书的撰写规定和方法;5、
4、策划的程序与步骤;6、策划实例学习和实践。(五)三大文档撰写方法和技巧 2学时1、商业需求文档(BRD)的内容结构及撰写方法和技巧;2、市场需求文档(MRD)的内容结构及撰写方法与技巧;3、产品需求文档(PRD)的内容结构及撰写方法与技巧;4、熟悉Axure6.5 和Balsamiq Mockups 等工具软件;5、三大文档的标准规范学习实例;6、面向具体项目的三大文档的专项实践。(六)课程项目设计4学时模拟公司运作模式和组织结构,分别对一款互联网产品和工业产品进行全生命周期的实践,集中突出产品经理角色的价值和文档报告,详实论证“做什么”的设计方法和过程。小组其他同学配合完成“怎么做”的角色。
