2、n of clarificationQIjunsheng交底时间date2012. 03.13主要交底内容一、注意事项note:1.进入现场必须装备齐全劳动保护用品,例如安全鞋、安全带、安全帽等。 When all the workers are getting into the construction site they must correctly wear labour protection articles,such as safety shoes, safety belts, safety helmets and so on .2.接临时电源必须经漏电保护器,不得一闸多机使用,专人
3、监护,非电工严禁接电源。Temporary power supply must be connected through ELCB。Do not connect more than one machine through one switch and there shall be the specialized personnel to supervise this work。Only skilled electrician is allowed to connect the cable under the supervision 。3、所有电动工器具、机具必须经检验合格,并经漏电保护器。Al
4、l electric tools and machines should be calibrated and conneced through ELCB。4. 所有参加人员戴绝缘手套,使用的工具应用绝缘塑料带将金属裸露部分包好. All participants should wear insulating gloves and use insulating plastic to bind the bare metal part of the tool.5.本次作业所使用的临时电源开关工作电流应大于200A。The rated current of the temporary power su
5、pply switch must be larger than 200 A in the assignment.6.工作现场应保持照明充足,蓄电池室内通风良好. The work site should keep lighting enough, storage battery indoor ventilation.7.现场人员应服从指挥,操作时保障正确防误动,只有在得到明确可靠的指令时方可进行操作。The staff in the site should obey orders,ensure the operating correct and only do after getting th
6、e clear instructions .8. 直流及蓄电池室应放置灭火器,屋门处于打开状态。在作业区域内拉设警戒绳,禁止非工作人员进入室内。We should place a fire extinguisher and keep the door open in the DC and battery room . The alarm rope should be seted around the work area to ban non-work personal into the room.9. 所有参加人员必须经过本次作业安全交底。All participants must learn
7、 and sign their signature on the this disclosure .二、调试事项及步骤:1.检查电池极性是否正确,检查蓄电池有无破损,电压、密度、液面是否符合规定,如果有不合格的电池要更换。We should check the battery polarity correct or not , the battery been damaged or not and voltage, density, the liquid level being accordance with the provisions and change any one that is
8、unqualified .2在厂家指导下,按图纸设计连接蓄电池连接板,连接板与螺丝连接处要涂以中性凡士林或涂电力复合脂。所有连接螺丝要经防酸处理,压接紧固(厂家一般提供不锈钢螺栓,不须防酸处理)According to the drawing ,the joint between the connecting slab and the screw should be coated with neutral vaseline or electric force compounded grease under the guidance of the manufacturers. All conne
9、ctions screws are needed the acid treatment (the manufacturers general supply the stainless steel bolts that are not needed the above treatment).3按图纸正确敷设电缆并正确接线,接线时注意电池组的正极与电源的正极相接,负极与电源的负极相接,绝对不能接错,以免损坏电池。电缆接线前应先用500V摇表测试其绝缘,合格后方可接线,如果不合格要查找原因,直到问题解决。在蓄电池室内的电缆引出线要用镀锡铜鼻子压接紧固,于电池连接好后包防酸层,以防酸气腐蚀,影响可靠导
10、电;在直流屏上的电缆用铜鼻子压接紧固并搪锡,电缆引线应有适当长度。注意接线时直流屏上所有的刀闸均应处于断开位置。According to the drawing we should correctly do the work of cable laying and connection. During the battery connection we should pay more attention to the rule :the positive of the power source to the positive of battery , the negative of the p
11、ower source to the negative of the battery,and we absolutely cant make mistakes so as not to damage to the battery. We should measure the insulation value of the Cable with 500 V before connection and solve the question if the value not qualified. In the battery room the cable should be connected by
12、 the tin copper gland and wrapped by the acid layer after connection to aviod the acid gas corrosion affecting the reliable conduction. All the breakers should be in disconnected position in wiring termination of the dc panel.4.配制或灌注电解液时,必须采用耐酸、耐高温的干净器具。应将浓硫酸缓慢地倒入蒸馏水中,严禁将蒸馏水倒入浓硫酸中,并应使用相应的劳保用品及工具。 新配
13、制的电解液的密度必须符合产品技术条件的规定。The clean utensils that are acid-proof and heat resisting must be used in the preparation and perfusion of the electrolyte. We should slowly pour the strong sulfuric acid into the distilled water using the corresponding Labour protection tools and be strictly forbidden on the c
14、ontrary.The density of the electrolytic liquid that is new configured must be qualified to the provisions of the product technology conditions.5. 注入蓄电池的电解液,其温度不宜高于30。当室温高于30时,不得高于室温。注入液面的高度应接近上液面线。全组蓄电池应一次注入。The temperature of the electrolyte in the battery is unfavorable above 30 .When the room tem
15、perature is higher than 30 , the temperature of the electrolyte shall not be higher than the room temperature. All the battery pack should be injected by the electrolyte at one time and the electrolyte surface should be close to the line of the upper surface.6.电解液注入蓄电池后,应静置35h;液温冷却到30以下,室温高于30时,待液温冷
16、却到室温时方可充电。但自电解液注入第一个蓄电池内开始至充电之间的放置时间,应符合产品说明书的规定;当产品说明书无规定时,不宜超过8h。 蓄电池的防酸栓、催化栓及液孔塞,在注液完毕后应立即回装 The electrolyte should be kept for 3 5 h after the injection into the battery; the temperature of the electrolyte should be below 30 or the same as the rooms temperature when its temperature is above 30.
17、The time from the electrolyte into the first battery to the charging should be qualified to the provisions of the product manual or not more than 8 h when the manual without rules . The battery acid plugs, catalytic bolt and liquid hole plug should be immediately replaced after the injection of the
18、electrolyte. 7. 蓄电池的初充电及首次放电,应按产品技术条件的规定进行,不得过充过放。并应符合下列要求: According to the rules of the product technical conditions, battery charging and discharging at tthe first time should not over charge or discharge. And we should do as follow:一)、初充电前应对蓄电池组及其连接条的连接情况进行检查。1) The battery pack and the connecti
19、on should be check before the first charging.二)、初充电期间,应保证电源可靠,不得随意中断。2) Make sure thatthe power supply be reliable and not be optionally interrupted.3) 、充电过程中,电解液温度不应高于45. 3) The temperature of the electrolyte shall not be higher than 45 during the charging. 四)、 在放电过程中,如果有个别电池过早降至终止电压1.8V或其它异常现象要对其进
20、行隔离,方法是先断开开关,中止放电,再将异常电池与前后电池的连接板断开,使异常电池与蓄电池组隔离,然后用已准备好的长2m、截面积为50 mm2的短接线将异常电池前后的电池连接,使蓄电池组重新构成回路,这样就将异常电池隔离。之后在直流屏上合上接放电柜的开关,继续放电。注意应该先断开异常电池与前后电池间的连接板,再将其前后电池连接,否则将使电池正负极直接短路,造成损坏电池、伤害人身的事故;4) If the voltage of one individual battery falls to 1.8 V or other unusual phenomenon occurs during the p
21、rocess of the discharging ,we should isolate that battery.The idea is to open the switch, suspend discharge ,disconnect the abnormal battery and connect the batteries that are before and after of the abnormal one to form the loop with the 2 m long and cross section area of 50 mm2 looping cable. Then
22、 close the discharge switch on the DC panel and go on discharging. First open the connection plate ,then connect the before and after one , otherwise it will form direct short circuit of the anode and the cathode and cause damage to the battery and the the personal health.五)、蓄电池的放电终止电压为1.8V,当电池电压普遍降
23、为1.8V时,并使电压不合标准的电池数控制在3% 以内,断开直流屏上放电柜开关,停止放电,观察各电池是否有异常,如果有,应该分析原因并解决问题。Five), the terminate discharging voltage of the battery is 1.8 V. when the battery voltage commonly drops below 1.8 V and the percentage of substandard battery is within 3%, disconnect dc panel discharge ark switch, stop the dis
24、charge, observe whether the batteries have unusual, if any, cause analysis and solve problems.6) 、 放电完毕,检查各只蓄电池电压、温度、电池绝缘等是否正常。6) After the discharge, check every batterys voltage, temperature, battery insulation normal or not.3、 电池的正常维护;Three, battery of normal maintenance;(1) 为了延长电池的使用寿命,电池在使用中最好采
25、用浮充运行方式,即将电池组和充电电源并联接至负荷上使用,被浮充的单体电池的电压一般应保持在2.16V-2.18V; (1) in order to extend the life of the battery, we should use the battery in the float filling operation mode: the battery and charging power supply is connected to the load and the float filling voltage of the monomer battery should be held
26、in general 2.16 V-2.18 V;(2) 应每周一次检查充电柜是否工作正常,并观察蓄电池是否有其它异常状态。每三个月记录一次电池的电压、温度; (2)We should weekly check the working condition of the charging panels and the batteries and take the record of the batteries voltage and temperature every three months. (3)蓄电池室内应保持清洁,蓄电池室应光线充足,但避免阳光直射。进行蓄电池清理时要戴好绝缘手套,防止
27、电池短路和灼伤手; (3) The battery room should be kept clean have enough light but not direct sunlight. Wear good insulating gloves to prevent battery short-circuit and burning to the hand when clean up the battery ;(4) 由于电池组在使用过程中,电池会产生端电压、容量等不均匀现象,为了使电池都能达到均衡一致的良好状态,在下列情况之一时,就及时进行均衡充电;(4) In order to make
28、the battery achieve a balanced consistent good condition we should charge the batteries in balance because of the nonuniform phenomenon of the battery voltage and capacity when facing the following cases ; 1)蓄电池在使用过程中单体浮充电压低于2.18V时; 1) The floating charge voltage of the monomer battery is lower than 2.18 V in the using process ;2)长时间搁置或极板经过检修后的电池; 2) The battery has been kept for a long time or after repairation ;3)放电后在24小时以上未进行充电; 3) No charging for more than 24 hours after discharge ;4)充电设备发生故障使电池组放出近一半容量,充电电流50mA/Ah。 4) The failure of charging equipment give
