1、4.10 Civil Structure and Foundation4.10.1Design parameters 设计参数Reference Wind Pressure: 0.40kN/m2,terrain roughness class B.Seismic Design Parameters: The seismic precautionary intensity of the plant area will be assumed 7 degree, and the design basic acceleration of ground motion will be 0.15g,the

2、pant area is located in earthquake group 2.0.Site classification: class The stage due to failure to provide detailed geological report, design parameters are provisional supposition.基本风压:0.45kN/m2,地面粗糙度为B类。地震参数:场地抗震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.15g,设计地震分组为第二组。场地类别:类。本阶段因未提供详细的地质报告,以上设计参数均为临时假定。4.10.2Ground t

3、reatment and Foundation地基处理与基础1) Ground treatment地基处理According to the existing data and the process load requirements, the project site soil engineering property is poor, natural foundation soil characteristic value is low, cannot satisfy the power plant main building to build the bearing capacity a

4、nd deformation requirements, needs to use the artificial foundation.The main building ( including gas turbine foundation, main control room, chemical water etc.) plans to use in-situ concrete pile, pile diameter of 600mm, length 20.0m, characteristic value of single pile bearing capacity by about 10

5、00KPa consider; other ancillary building structures as possible use of natural foundation, such as natural foundation can not meet the requirements, the graded sand&gravel or rubble concrete replacement treatment. 根据现有的资料以及工艺荷载工况要求,本工程厂址场地土工程性质较差,天然地基土特征值较低,不能满足电厂主要建(构)筑物的承载力及变形要求,需要采用人工地基。对于主要建

6、(构)筑物(包括燃气轮机基础、主控室、化学水车间等)拟采用钢筋混凝土灌注桩,桩径为600mm,桩长20.0m,单桩承载力特征值按照1000KPa左右考虑;其它附属建(构)筑物尽可能采用天然地基,如天然地基不能满足要求,则采用级配砂石或毛石混凝土换填处理。This stage of the geological report, the above parameters are for reference near the power plant of geological data. 7、al report.本阶段暂无地质报告,以上参数均为参考临近电厂地质资料。后续工作的开展需要提供本厂区的地质报告。2) FoundationGas turbine foundation using block foundation. 8、轮机基础采用大块式基础。其余附属及辅助建(构)筑物基础根据荷载大小采用现浇钢筋混凝土独立基础或条形基础。4.10.3Gas turbine arrangement and selection of main structural燃气轮机布置及主要结构选型1) Gas turbine燃气轮机布置Gas turbine with outdoor arrangement, parallel arrangement. The chimney from the manufacturers supply, arranged in a gas turbine side. Gas turbine founda

9、tion using block foundation. 燃气轮机采用露天布置,平行排列。烟囱由厂家供货,布置在燃气轮机一侧。燃气轮机基础采用大块式基础。2) Structures in electric area电气建(构)筑物The foundations of transformers will be RCC tructure.Fireproofing wall will be adopted between generator transformer, unit transformer and station transformer to meet the fireproofing r

10、equirements between equipment. 变压器基础为钢筋混凝土结构。主变之间设置防火墙,满足设备间防火要求。Main control room building will be of four-storied steel frame structure.主控楼采用四层的钢结构框架。3) Structures in chemical water treatment area 化学水建(构)筑物 DM water plant will be of steel frame structure, RCC independent foundation. the floors wil

11、l be of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete. 化学水处理室采用钢结构框架;现浇混凝土楼板。 DM water assay building adjoins the DM plant, It is a two-storied building and will be steel frame structure, the floors will be of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete, but it is relatively separate to the workshop, there is a anti-seismi

12、c joint between the two buildings, meeting the requirements of codes. 化验楼与化学水处理车间毗邻,共两层,为钢结构框架,现浇钢筋混凝土楼板。两建筑物相对独立,中间设抗震缝满足规范要求。 The outdoor equipment foundations will be RCC slab foundations. 化水室外除盐水箱等设备基础采用钢筋混凝土板式基础。4.10.4 Seismic design 抗震设计The seismic precautionary intensity of the plant area wil

13、l be assumed 7 degree, and the design basic acceleration of ground motion will be 0.15g,group for the second group seismic design, site for the class . This project belongs to general electric power facilities, should be strictly in accordance with the " Code for seismic design of buildings &qu

14、ot; ( GB 50011-2010 ), " Design rule for combined-cycle power plants" ( DL/T 50174-2003 ), " Code for design of seismic of electrical installations " ( GB 50260-1996 ) and " Technical code for the design of civil structure of fossil-fired power plant " ( DL/T 5022-2012 ). The relevant provisions, the main plant, combustion engine room and other major production built to build according to the plant of seismic fortification intensity required to take me
