43、基础、避雷针基础、污水处理装置基础等。道路做法为200厚二灰土底基层,300厚二灰结石基层、300厚C30混凝土路面。110千伏*变电站(土建)投资规模(动态):276万元工程自2008年 月 日正式开工,计划于2009年 月竣工投运。工期要求很紧, 对工程的质量和进度控制带来一定困难。为确保工程进度,土建施工、构架吊装、电气 设备安装将形成交叉作业,因此必须加大安全文明施工管理力度,认真做好交叉施工之 中的安全、质量以及土建和电气安装的成品保护管理等工作。三、监理工作控制要点及目标1、 控制要点:(1)、质量控制:施工准备工作要做好,检查质量管理体系是否建立,技术、 材料、检测准备、包括样品

54、工程投资范围内。四、监理工作方法及措施:1、质量控制内容:1.1 督促承建单位建立健全工程质量保证体系,承建单位是工程具体实施者,在项 目开工前要求承建单位根据工程特点和质量要求,建立健全质量保证体系,有明确的质 量管理目标和质量管理职责,以及完善的质量管理程序和办法。1.2 .为了掌握工程情况,取得良好的监理工作效果,监理人员要充分熟悉图纸, 并对施工图进行审核,发现问题及时向设计单位建议。同时,参加设计技术交底与图纸 会审会。1. 3在施工前准备阶段,要事先做好各工序工种的质量控制,检查各工序工种的配 合情况及相应的技术措施。审查承建单位编制的施工组织设计和技术措施,选择最佳施 工方案。督
