1、1 基本概念1.1 保安性fail-safe为防止产品本身的危险故障而设计的性能1.2 正常状态normal condition所有用于防止危险的设施均无损坏的状态1.3 电气事故electric accident由电流电磁场雷电静电和某些电路故障等直接或间接造成建筑设施电气设备毁坏人动物伤亡以及引起火灾和爆炸等后果的事件1.4 触电电击electric shock电流通过人体或动物体而引起的病理生理效应1.5 电磁场伤害injury due to electromagnetic field人体在电磁场作用下吸收能量受到的伤害1.6 破坏性放电介质击穿disruptive discharge
