3、tion 相对于底部曝气和表面曝气两个系统,在曝气池中部布气,并向底部扩散的新型曝气设备和方法。有效解决溶解氧在曝气池底部、中部和上部的均匀分配,有效均衡分配推流搅拌混合动力;同时将曝气、搅拌、推流一步完成。 Differentiated from bottom and surface aeration, middle-layer aeration means the aerator distributes the air at the middle part of the basin and then diffuses the air quickly toward the bottom of

4、 the basin. This method is able to distribute the dissolved oxygen uniformly at the bottom, the middle part and the upper part of the basin. The push-flow and mixing power is then distributed effectively and uniformly throughout the basin. The aeration, mixing and push-flow can be completed at the s

It consumes plenty of electrical energy on the way and results

Water and sludge discharge are required and production shutdown cannot be avoided.Jet aeration system (bottom aeration)l机器受水的压力影响,水下放置深度有限,对于较深的曝气池不适用; The deposited depth of

It is unsuitable for deep basins.l潜水越深进气量越少,供氧困难。 The deeper the device is placed, the less air intake it has.Surface aerator (surface aeration)l吃水深度浅最多只能达到0.7米,曝气深度不超过4米,无法进行深水曝气 The draft is only up to 0.7 meters. The aeration depth cannot exceed 4

9、 meters. Deep-water aeration cannot be realized;l曝气不均匀,在某些工业废水曝气池形成大量泡沫。 Aeration is not uniform. Plenty of foam is accumulated at the liquid surface of the basin in some industrial wastewater projects.l曝气时水对池壁冲撞力大,池壁强度要求高,增加基建成本。 When the aerator works, it causes the liquid collides strongly to the

High intensity of the basin wall is required thus the construction costs increase.Rotor system (surface aeration)l转碟吃水深度至多0.5米,无法对较深水域曝气,池底沉泥、缺氧。 The rotors draft is only up to 0.5 meters. It cannot aerate the lower part of the basin and causes deposited sludge and oxygen lacking in th

14、There are several problems in common for both surface and bottom aeration devices. The devices have poor controllability in aeration power. The electrical power cannot be adjusted accurately in accordance with the influent quality and volume. The controllability of parameters is poor. The device can

15、not distribute DO and mixing power accurately and uniformly in the basin. The installation, update and maintenance of the aeration devices require production halt and water/sludge discharge. The situation becomes more inconvenient when the aeration basin is covered.l潜浮式曝气机正是针对上述问题,从机械工程学机械工程学、流体动力学流

16、体动力学的不同角度进行了大量研发和创新,在曝气设备领域首次应用“中中层压缩喷气射流层压缩喷气射流, ,气水混合气水混合+ +螺旋桨推流向底层扩散螺旋桨推流向底层扩散+360+360度立体交度立体交叉搅拌叉搅拌三位一体技术;创立了曝气池中层曝气新方法。lAiming at these problems, we have done plenty of research and development to innovate this new aeration device from many perspectives such as mechanical engineering and fluid

Submersible floating aerator is the first application of the following three technologies in the aeration industry. 1. compressed air and water are formed in gas-liquid mixture and ejected at the middle-layer part of the basin 2. push-flow propeller to spray the mixture to the basin botto

18、m 3.360-degree tridimensional mixing. Therefore, we create a new method of middle-layer aeration.l(1)潜水空心轴电机潜水空心轴电机- 一种专利潜水电机,其空心轴是将压缩空气无阻碍地从水面输送到水下的高效送气通道;l(2)喷射混合器喷射混合器- 能在混合管内将大容量压缩空气与等比例的污水快速混合,瞬间生成含大容量微小气泡的气水混合物。l(3)螺旋桨螺旋桨- 经科学设计的推流螺旋桨具有优良的裹挟能力,把气水混合物强制推进到指定的深度后再扩散到深水区域,延长了气泡停留时间,提高氧利用率和饱和溶解度,使

19、曝气池上、中、下部的DO均衡分布。 l(4)回转装置- 带动曝气机360度顺时针或逆时针旋转,进行全方位曝气、搅拌、推流,使曝气池不再存在死区及沉积污泥。l(1) Submersible hollow shaft motor -It is a patented submersible motor. Its hollow shaft is the channel to transfer compressed air efficiently from the liquid surface to the underwater area without any hindrance. l(2) jet

20、mixer - large-volume compressed air and water are mixed rapidly in the jet mixer and then form gas-water mixture which contains fine bubbles.l(3) propeller - The gas-liquid mixture is pushed by the propeller to the designated depth of the basin, and then is spread to the deep area of the basin. wate

21、r in the area; DO is distributed uniformly in the upper, middle and lower parts of the basin.l(4) swing device - the swing device comprising the swing bearing, the speed reducer and the gear enables the aerator to rotate 360 degrees in clockwise or counterclockwise direction, thus push-flow and aera

The swing bearing is made of national standard high quality materials.引射混合器原理 (1) 引射混合器是流体动力学的一种工程应用组合件,它是利用高能量主流体泵抽低能量次流体的流体动力学泵,起着利用流体之间的黏性剪切力传递能量、动量与使质量相互掺混的作用。(2) 喷射混合器是在此原理基础上引申出来的动态型旋转喷射混流装置。它以气环压缩机的压缩空气为主流体,以污水为次流体,通过黏性剪切力在短时间内将压缩空气混合到污水中,使空气变成与水掺混的微小气泡。通过波瓣喷嘴混流器的“流向涡 (stream wise vor
