1、第9页 共9页餐饮管理规章制度餐饮管理规章制度餐饮管理规章制度为了求得餐饮的发展，也为了要求餐饮成员对自己的分工任务明确，更为了保证餐饮工作很好地进行，特地制定以下规章：分工明确：餐饮主要分为三个管理范围外联：店面：财务：会议要求：每月举行一次总结会议，要对当月的经营情况作出汇报，总结经验，完善餐饮的经营；与会人员不得无故缺席，不得迟到多于5分钟，也不得提早10分钟离会；若有事情耽误可以请假，但须有请假条以及负责人的签名_；有特殊情况的可以向负责人申请晚到或早退；缺席、迟到、早退如无负责人的许可，一律按缺席算根据人事部规章制度的会议条例给予处分。餐饮要求：1、 成员应自觉维护餐饮的形象，不做有

2、损餐饮形象的事；2、 成员应将团结合作放在首位，遵循集体主义的基本原则，分工明确但也要求团结友爱；3、 成员对餐饮交予的工作应认真积极的完成；4、 成员应积极进取，不断完善自身能力，不断提高办事效率，并积极为餐饮出谋划策且多做实事。值班要求：成员须严格按照各管理范围的制度执行任务，不得违反其中任何一条；成员值班须听从人事部的值班安排，不得随意调班、旷班；如有调班的须事先通知人事部，有事不能值班的也需提前向人事部请假，好让人事部另作安排；成员值班时须严格按照打卡制度，要准时到场，不能代他人或让他人代打卡；每个班次的值班成员到场后第一件事就是检查上个班次的人员值班情况，如发现上一班次的值班情况有不

3、妥之处，应及时让其处理，待检查无误、财务交接完毕后才可让其离开；值班成员交接工作时应对上一班次成员的值班情况如实登记。（以上值班要求如发现有成员违规的现象，一律按人事部规章制度的违规条例给予处分。）希望餐饮全体成员能按照以上制度严格执行，为餐饮的美好明天一起奋斗！附件 外联制度成员必须在团队规定的时期内完成拉商家的任务，要协调好与商家的关系，争取为餐饮谋取更大的利益；成员外出拉商家或采购物品至少要有两人同行，最多不能超过四人；外联时如有成员有事不能外出时，可邀请餐饮项目其他成员合作；外联如果路途遥远须写车费申请，向财务申请车费报销，如有采购团队所需物品须向商家索要收据或发票，才可报销；外出时成

4、员须按照约定时间、地点集合，不可迟到、爽约，中途不可无故离群，一经发现，罚清理书吧卫生一周；每次外联完成后须在两天内完成外联记事表，并把它上交给负责人。外联记事表内容：往返时间、外联人员、外联目的、外联地点、外联情况（所需经费需一一写明，商洽情况顺利与否等）。餐饮总经办2022-4-4店面制度卫生方面：1.每日进行卫生打扫，每周进行卫生检查，每个月进行一次大扫除，把厨房，杂物房，地板和窗子都搞干净；2.值班成员要确定垃圾与污水是否清理，柜台、餐桌、地板是否保持整洁与清洁，厨房厨具是否清洗、消毒以及摆放整齐；3.冰箱要定期清理，过期食物要处理掉，不能仍放在冰箱，造成一种异味，冰箱也应该放一些除味

5、的东西（例如柠檬果，活性炭），保持冰箱卫生和食物安全；4.要注意水房的卫生，断绝水房的异味； 布置摆设：1.店面灯光的调整与报修（观察灯是否正常工作，坏的灯要记下来，要及时报告给有关人员，考虑灯光是否符合实际业务，是否要换灯）；2.掌握店面物品的存放情况与位置；3.了解餐饮需要的用品是否足够，不足的要汇报；4.注重柜台、桌子的装饰整洁；5.把图书分类整理好，把没有放回原处的图书也放好。餐饮总经办2022-4-4财务制度1、严格按饮食服务业制度设置和使用会计科目，设立总分类帐、明细分类帐；2、经营收支、费用成本的计算，要按会计核算程序，正确办理会计手续，如实登记入帐，并做到帐帐相符、帐实相符、由

6、物相符；3、遵守“现金收、支两条线”的原则，严禁私自坐支、挪用；4、不准用任何方式给其它团队或个人套取现金；5、现金发生差错，要及时查明原因，作好记录，并向负责人汇报；6、每天必需做一次汇总，统计好当天的收支情况，并点好金额数量，给当天最后一个班次值班的成员签名_，以后每星期的周六把账单交与项目负责人检查；7、任何成员领取资金，必须填写申请单，经餐饮经理批准后，由财务管理员填好日期，用途，方可领取；8、任何成员有经费需报销要有收据或发票，方可报销；9、财务管理员应妥善保管会计档案资料（采购的货物单等），对会计帐册、帐单进行归档。10、任何借款都必须严格遵守审批程序。餐饮总经办2022-4-4
