Apply for PTW prior to each work, PTW have to be signed by SM and approved by FLUOR before working.在每项作业前，必须先办理作业票，作业票必须有安全经理签字，得到FLUOR的批准后方可进行作业，在办理作业票前所有作业不可进行。2. PTW is required for all commission related activates. 所有的调试工作都需要PTW。11LYes5.

No good Grounding, power leakage cause injuries 没有良好的接地通道，漏电导致的人生伤害。12L1、Make sure that the equipment you use is properly grounded. Grounding drains dangerous

18、 electrical current leaks away to the earth. If an electrical device is grounded, its cord will have a three-wire plug and require a three-way receptacle to accommodate it. Grounding is especially important when the equipment is used on metal surfaces. Check for proper grounding and exposed wires, a
